I am assumming that this applies to pending cases filed in 2009???
Ha! This is great hit for most “respectful” and biggest firm in Florida on foreclosures. btw I caught them in fraud on the court and forgery of signature on “original” promissory note. going to finish them on that case soon too. we cant swallow elephant but we can cut it piece by piece and eat it all. what a great meal for all.
