Attached is a lawsuit that I filed last week, along with police reports that detail the facts of thugs breaking into my client’s home and terrorizing two tourists who were visiting our country from Canada.
Pay particular attention to the findings of fact contained within the police report and the facts the Sheriff’s office uncovers during their investigation. What is most troubling about this phenomena is the fact that the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office has declined to do anything about this case. What is even more troubling than that is the fact that my calls to the Sheriff’s Office have gone completely ignored. I’ve made my way up the chain of command but have received no action on this issue at all.
In addition to being a serious breach of our fundamental rights, someone is going to get seriously hurt or killed here and no one in power seems concerned enough to do anything about this.
This police report is truly very, very disturbing because it details how the lenders broke in and changed the locks on three different properties….

The reports below are also very disturbing because again, we get law enforcement making findings of fact but declining to do anything at all about the obvious abuses that are being committed by these lenders on this homeowner. This homeowner is terrified of returning to her own home, afraid that these thugs will have rooted through her home again.
Look at the pictures in the report….just think of how violated you would feel if someone came into your home and took pictures at will, throwing your possessions about about and stealing whatever they thought they wanted.
Most disturbing, what if law enforcement denied your requests to do anything about it and told you they would do nothing to protect you?
The fact that lenders are breaking down doors and changing locks and law enforcement is not even doing anything really is very, very disturbing. I can only hope that our press will begin to pick up on this as an issue.

I have had the bank break into my home ( i am still full title) 3 times. They not only disabled my alarm, they turned the water and heat off. I was staying there 2-3 times a week. The name of the company is core logic. They came out and said my house was abandoned. The meters were all outside so they could see that they were running. I pressed charges on the CEO of Wells Fargo. It was a real pain for him..but of course they said it was a civil matter. They destroyed my front door to the point that I had to nail a 2×4 across it. Because I am in suit with them, I was the only house out of 60 in my town that was broken into. Don’t give up on your suits. Mine is only 2 years old and going into court ordered mediation. If I don’t get what I want I am going to trial. I will not let these people walk on me. The judges in NJ are now more pro home owner/
As a Realtor selling homes , I have had my sellers call me saying some one from the bank just changed the locks on my door while they were in the middle of dinner.. the home was not in foreclosure yet and even if it was they still cant change the locks (by law) the bank was trying to tell me they could, their all a bunch of lying dumb shit’s and have taken advantage of these families by stealing & breaking the laws of all kinds.

People are not yet aware that law suits mean nothing in this era of despotism where banks, trust companies, insurance companies, and attorneys have conspired to become the predators of choice, outdistancing breach of warranty, and defective product litigation as inconsequential.
Not even the police matter anymore to these despots.
If law suits are filed, they languish in courts years….so much for using law as the measuring rod in corrupt courts amidst dysfunctional government.
The same thing happened to me. Late October, while in the process of moving. Still did not have my things out. I went back to my home. The locks had been changed by this company, claiming to represent the bank. They went through my things, that had not been removed yet and left the home a big mess. They did such a bad job, they neglected to secure the garage or the inside door from the garage that leads to the home. I was able to get in. But my stuff was all picked through. And I was scared as hell. I called 311. They could not help me at all. I was at that time 4 months late for the mortgage payment. I still had all the utilities on and was paying them promptly. But Vegas economy, Do not allow me to sell the home. I put down 140 thousand dollars. Still owed around 230,000 but the home was now worth about `150,000. Wanted to short sale, but the bank was not dealing with my realtor at all. Finally we called the number l left posted on a flier on the front door. They now had a lock box on the door and removed the dead bolt and put a plate there instead. They said if I could still get in go ahead. They were told by the bank to change the locks.? But obviously did not change them all. Didn’t have enough with them I guess? It was bizarre, how matter of fact they were.
A week later, not knowing what to do, not being able to hire a lawyer. And a little scared too. Certainly scared to go into the home alone. I was contacted by a neighbor. . She told me that their was a big truck in the garage. They claimed they were winterizing the house. (this is Las Vegas Nv its 87 degrees) They drained the water heater and had all hoses running through the home cleaning the water out of the pipes. They were the same thugs that were there the first time. As they posted a note on the door, it was the same company. This time they changed all the locks. I cannot go in to the house any more and did not have a chance to remove all my things.
Because I was afraid to go in alone.
I will call my local TV station. Action news. Thanks to your blog. As of today, the house is not foreclosed. The utilities are now off. Because I shut them off. Afraid to make a wrong move. I decided it was a lost cause.
I cannot afford the home. But did not expect this to happen. The Bank will not talk to my realtor about a short sale. I cannot go in the home anymore, but these thugs can??
In February 2009 I was completely, as a senior citizen female homewoner, TERRORIZED, by then Countrywide’s Property Preservation, subcontractor THUGS. The economy was sinking fast where I lived and the company I worked for went bankrupt. I began to move my things about 1.5 hours away into an apartment for a job I accepted. The house and lawn have always been as neat as a pin, landscaper the whole bit. I put the house for rent and it stil had some of my belongings in it and I went back and forth on weekends supervising a slow move and interviewing tenants. I fell behind 2 payments, NEVER more than that an continued to make regular payments as I searched for tenants and was there every few days, but was two payments behind. I got a call from a neighbor that two thugs in a truck backed it into the side gate, busted it open, and were prowling around the yard. When I arrived their was a notice on the door that forbid entrance, claimed the property was now managed by C.W.P.S. (Countrywide Property Preservation Services) and gave an 800 number, the locks had been changed. I was panic stricken, I pull down the notices, called my local locksmith who came and changed back the locks and when I went in, there were muddy footprints all over the white carpet. The gate repair was 200 dollars. Then I began a 10 day vigil in my own home until I found tenants and moved them in. During that time of terror while I was outside a man came by and took pictures claiming he was waiting for the foreclosure to happen. WTF? I was two payments behind at the time, the house was occupied still with me running back and forth. I felt I lived in Nazi Germany. I NEVER was served with a notice of default, a notice of acceleration or anything. I felt helpless and violated. I learned these people where local yocal subcontractors hired by CW later. I was never paid for the gate repair and since then I have been extremely careful when changing out tenants to NEVER leave the house vacant and unattended. I still feel a neighbor who wanted my house was in cahoots with these local subcontractors. I plan on now filing a comlaint with the FTC having just learned there was an earlier lawsuit and successful for 2008 violations, cause they sure were going on in 2009. The bill I now have on my mortgage for these “services: during the time I was 2 months behind climbed to 600 dollars, they NEVER mowed a lawn, I had services, so I’m going to fight those too and no bill has ever been itemized or sent. Thieves, scary Gestapo tactic bank supported terroist thieve/thugs.
I’m afraid that open warfare is upon us, whether we would wish it or not. They are taking peoples lives and taking a sadistic pleasure in so doing My family was attacked by the Washington County Sheriff’s after a 4 year pattern and practice, I have their signed confessions to conspiracy against rights under color of law, deprivation of rights under color of law, forcing us into a condition of genocide to rob my wife and I of our only son. I no longer participate in reporting crimes to this de facto government, that lacks any ligitimacy, but would seek to restore the de jure government that the founders original intentions were, you cannot reason with people that submit force as their foremost argument of “authority.” Any troop of robbers can stick an gun in your face and threaten you with years of imprisonment for their imaginary damages, but waking Americans up and getting them to turn off their televisions, radios and mainstream media is like trying to talk to a wall. Organized Criminals at local, county, state and federal government are not going to prosecute themselves now are they? I hope you can get some media attention on this and I will post it on my facebook page, but the apathy and complaisant American’s just seem to me to be too selfish and self serving even when they can witness the evils taking place every day in front of them and because it doesn’t affect them directly (yet), they could care less. State sponsored terrorism is advancing on all of us on all fronts, and I for one am not going to continue to acquiesce to evil people who abuse their public positions to advance their own sanguine desires. The short version is that on Fri .8/28/10 a representative for Wells
Fargo broke into a house that’s occupied by a legal tenant.This was
one of the properties that I was involved with .He was never served or
notified in any way that he was being evicted.Public Law 111-22
effective May 20th 2009 states that by law they must get a 90 day
notice if they are going to evict you. Mr H has filed charges
of break and entry and vandalism and anything else
that applies.They broke in ,changed the locks ,left no information on
who they were, Broke off the lock to his bedroom. It turns out that
the person is a officer of the Law. He contacted Mr. H and
apologized for breaking into his house and intentionally trying to
lock him out. I just picked up the police report and it seams as
though this behavior is OK if your a cop or a bank.This is happening
everywhere but I haven’t seen it on the news.This is a story that
needs to be told and you could probably ride
it for a while.The banks still have to follow the rules don’t they? An
officer of the law should certainly know better than to do this. Why
should this behavior be tolerated.There claim is they have the right
to protect there investment IF its abandoned which I agree but to be
allowed to just throw you out on the street is illegal. Mathew Weidner
has filed a law suit for the same thing in Charlotte County and says
this is happening everywhere I have a link I can give you if you want
to hear it from a lawyer. He said he was going on a radio show about
this today.To me it sounds crazy.People abandon there house and the
banks do nothing. Hillsborough county goes as far as knocking down
vacant houses due to the gangs & drugs .
You have a guy living in a house taking care of it with a lease and
the bank just breaks in and changes the locks and were trying to throw
him out in the street.Our sheriffs who are sworn to uphold the law
just turn there head as if its OK to let this mans legal and civil
rights be blatantly disregarded. He was violated by a cop who tells
him there was no intent? This guy also tried to bribe him with cash
for keys. I have a phone number for Mr. H and a copy of the
police report which has been administratively Closed with no further

So, law enforcement says that burglary and theft are not crimes if done by a bank’s employee even when the bank has no right to break in and take property. Amazingly, Florida Statutes §§ 810.015, 810.02, 810.07 defining the crime of burglary do not have any exception for banksters. Of course, there is also no special provision allowing banksters to commit fraud when originating loans or foreclosing, but for some reason, law enforcement, regulators and prosecutors seem to just look the other way when the crimes are committed by the banksters. I wonder why, don’t you?
If the United States is a government of, by and for the people, why do we have to beg law enforcement and a prosecutor to prosecute crimes committed against us? Were those Framers so clueless that they didn’t think of any way for citizens to hold criminals, including ones in government, accountable for their crimes?
I know that might be hard for some to believe especially since injustice is the reason cited most often for declaring independence. Are we to believe that those Framers didn’t know anything about obtaining redress for grievances even though so many were lawyers? Are we to believe that when they said that they wanted to establish justice, they didn’t know how to do it? Are we to believe that these great men who were so concerned about tyranny and injustice would require victims of crime to beg aristocratic government agents to seek redress for them?
We are told constantly by TV and the government controlled educational system that if a crime is committed, we are supposed to report it to the authorities. Since there is almost no mention of the authorities not taking action, we don’t ask whether the Framers wanted to put the sole power to enforce the law into the hands of the government. The Framers really trusted a powerful government, didn’t they?
Wait, was something left out of our education? Could our teachers have failed to teach us how we were supposed to obtain redress for crimes committed against us because their teachers failed to tell them?
Could it be that the powers provided for the people to hold government accountable have been usurped and that even the knowledge of these powers has been censored?
The Constitution provided us with the means to control the government, but the two most powerful means for holding government agents and criminals accountable have been stolen. Obviously, if true, the homeowner can sue the pants off the bank. I hope they do and I hope it goes all the way to a trial by a jury. The jury would likely want to send a message via a fat punitive damage award.
Countrywide sent what looked like migrant workers to break an entering at my residence without warrant and attempted to change locks on my doors without so much as filing an “Unlawful Detainer” or “Notice of Sale”.
The local police were contacted and put my house on patrol for a few days.
The Department of Veterans Affairs get’s in on the action to with their agent Bank of America bribing people with their own tax money in “cash for keys”.
Its ALL Horribly corrupt.
