NY Times Reports on GMAC, Foreclosure Fraud, Jeffrey Stephan, Fraudulant Affidavits and Assignments, and a National Moratorium on Foreclosures

Well, not yet…

I hear that they are running a story on the whole foreclosure fiasco tomorrow that involves the events of today re GMAC..

As for the headline above, that is what I would lead off with, but hey, I’m just little ole’ 4closureFraud.org…

Anyway, it will be interesting to see what they really do report.

I bet it is not anywhere near the depths it needs to be, but it will get more people thinking about what has happened with the biggest ponzi scheme this world has ever seen…

As Rep Grayson put it…

“The illegal foreclosures taking place represent the largest seizure of private property ever attempted by banks and government entities. This is lawlessness.”

Thank you everyone for doing your part…

Let’s knock this house of cards down once and for all…

“Men naturally rebel against the injustice of which they are victims. Thus, when plunder is organized by law for the profit of those who make the law, all the plundered classes try somehow to enter — by peaceful or revolutionary means — into the making of laws. According to their degree of enlightenment, these plundered classes may propose one of two entirely different purposes when they attempt to attain political power: Either they may wish to stop lawful plunder, or they may wish to share in it.”

We read the same books. It was published in the 1800s, yet it rings very true today.

As they say, those who do not study the past are doomed to repeat it.

“We” are not operating from a position of power on foreclosure fraud, yet….
