Take Back the Land- Rochester engages in an eviction defense of the Lennon-Griffin family home. Rochester, NY sends 25 police cars, including the SWAT team, to execute the eviction.
6 Take Back the Land- Rochester members are arrested, as is an elderly neighbor who dared complain about the police overkill.
Lennon has said that though she missed some mortgage payments after her husband died in 2008, she subsequently began making payments again. But because it was her husband’s name, not hers, on the official mortgage documents, Fannie Mae wouldn’t accept her money, and moved her house into foreclosure.

In my opinion using the SWAT to evict an elder person was and is part of the CON GAME to ‘TRY’ to put fear into all citizens of this country….it is called ‘ FEAR TACTIC ‘….. It failed to put any fear…it did the opposite…it has made the anger spread….which leaves a question of what the citizens will do in the very near future…from all corners and borders of this country. Another question is ….WHEN IS ENOUGH ENOUGH ???
This whole issue of corruption in the financial industry, our government…be it Federal or State…the control hidden behind the curtain of evil….is a disgrace and disgusting…deplorable ‘ ACT ‘ of destruction on our country..America and to all the citizens of this land.
BUT to bring in the SWAT team as if she, the elder woman, was a criminal when if fact the SWAT team helped the criminals do their ‘JOB ‘…..is that not A$$backwards or what?? Shame on the county or city that even allowed this to happen….NOW..if that house is not given back to her…just as in Chicago and other areas…it will be torn down as an eyesore….cause no bank will maintain the property that does not bring in the big bucks…it’s the bucks that count to the bank…that is why the fraud plan was initiated in the first place. Time has come for all to unite together and fight this evil criminal system….we now have to fight for our freedom…WE SHALL PREVAIL…WE ARE STRONG IN NUMBERS………

SWAT teams called in to evict Rochester widow; they love sticking it to widows in NH as well, just ask Leslie Crepeau and U.S. Trustee Lawrence Sumski.
They haven’t met a widow they didn’t like evicting, here’s one in NH…… and instead of checking for possible B10 Proof of Claim fraud in the BK court the friggin’ NH U.S. Trustee Lawrence Sumski rails on me for putting up YouTube videos.
You can see the AG from Texas is concerned in a Good Way but the former AG of NH (now a U.S. Senator mind you) allowed the biggest consumer fraud in the State’s history to go down on her watch.

Texas AG Greg Abbott follows KingCast and Mortgage Movies on fraud issues while NH U.S. Trustee Lawrence Sumski turns a blind eye. Will Kelly Ayotte address it in her maiden speech?
Not only that, her office ignored wire fraud when I complained that someone forged my name to a mortgage and faxed it off to WAMU for funding when I was a title insurance producer, the documents are online.

This is permissable under Federal Laws, did you miss 60 minutes on Sunday. The Fed and Bank Regulators are allowing banks and lenders to continue with these type of actions and the Homes are left empty since there is no one to buy them. There is a VERY Serious Problem in this country and the Banks and the Fed are causing it, every American needs to Wake Up and Fight Back before it is Too Late. There are Legal Violations that are Proven against Banks and Lenders and there is No Accountability and No Penality other then being told ” Do Not Do It Again” then something like this happens, but it is happening all over this country – Everyday ! 1. evicting a widow who was making payments (and then refusing payments to set up a steamroller eviction).
2. arresting a senior lady in pajamas for speaking up.

Fannie Mae was using the worst of the “bottom-feeding” attorneys in Florida until their foreclosure fraud and illegal enforcements surfaced in the news — so Fannie Mae made a big announcement that they were taking back over 15000 cases from these law firm……….Hah Hah — they knew how the law firm’s illegal actions worked and it was all fine to steal homes that they had already sold the promissory notes to but when the news got out and prosecution started against the Stern lawfirm — Fannie Mae tried to appear as if they didn’t want to be involved with this firm —– Another Hah Hah — they transferred them to another FL lawfirm with a worse reputation???????????????????????
