Fired Banker Straps A Bomb To Himself And Holds Up Bank For Three Hours

A 23-year-old who had been sacked by a bank in the UK went back to the bank and threatened to blow up it up with a bomb he had strapped to his body.

The former bank worker walked into the Co-op Bank with a “device” attached to his leg, the Daily Mail reported, which “triggered a three-hour police siege.”

Police say the man had a grudge, and locals who said they knew him said he “wanted retribution” after being fired.
