Ingham County may spend $60,000 for foreclosure fraud victims
First it was mortgage documents signed by people who weren’t really bank officials using names that, in most cases, weren’t their own.
Then it was foreclosures initiated by a company called Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., which didn’t actually own the debt on the homes in question.
Over the past three months, the office of Ingham County Register of Deeds Curtis Hertel, Jr., has found more than 1,000 cases of illegal foreclosures or foreclosure proceedings based on documents that appear to be fraudulent.
Hertel has asked the Ingham County Board of Commissioners to do something to help the people affected.
The commission will vote tonight on whether to retain Legal Services of South Central Michigan to provide free representation to victims of possible foreclosure fraud. The cost would be $60,000.

IF THE MORTGAGE HAS BEEN SEVERED FROM THE NOTE, YOU ARE UNDER NO OBLIGATIONS TO GIVE ANYTHING TO THAT CREDITOR. I called out FANNIE AND FREDDIE’S CRIMINAL ATTORNEY NETWORK IN CHICAGO, FISHER AND SHAPIRO IN MY ANSWER TO THE COMPLAINT. THE CORRUPT JUDGE ALLOWED THEM TO AMMEND A COMPLAINT THAT WAS FRAUDULENT THE OTHER DAY. IF THE FORECLOSURE COMPLAINT IS CLAIMED TO HAVE FRAUD IN IT, AND THE BANK DOES NOT SHOW PROOF OF STANDING OR TRY AND DEFEND THEIR COMPLAINT IN ANY WAY. THE CASE SHOULD BE DISMISSED. THE JUDGE WOULD NOT DISMISS THE FRAUDCLOSURE COMPLAINT AND LET THEM AMMEND THE FRAUDULENT COMPLAINT. THE JUDGES ARE ACTING LIKE CRIMINALS. THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY GETTING PAYOLA FROM THE CROOKS WHO ARE ROBBING AMERICA BLIND. MANY OF THESE JUDGES ARE A DISGRACE AND ARE CORRUPT AND TREASONIST AS WELL. .
