Who Else Relied on Mortgage Assignments From Lender Processing Services to Foreclose?
In the past few weeks, Fraud Digest has reported on NovaStar, Bear Stearns and WaMu Trusts. These trusts almost always do not have the critical loan documents needed to foreclose so they turned to Lender Processing Services to manufacture mortgage assignments for them.
Like these trusts, Maiden Lane Asset-Backed Securities Trust 2008-1 (“Maiden Lane”) most often uses Mortgage Assignments from LPS to foreclose.
Maiden Lane is “a special purpose vehicle consolidated by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.” Maiden Lane was put together by some of the best and the brightest in banking – but when it came to seeing that the mortgage files contained the critical documents, Maiden Lane was no better than Countrywide or WaMu or Long Beach.
And to facilitate foreclosures, Maiden Lane uses Mortgage Assignments – that also purport to assign the NOTE – from Lender Processing Services. These Assignments were most often made in 2009 – and filed in 2009 and 2010.

Novastar supposedly sold loans to Bank of New York Mellon in 11/07. If you have been served Lis Pendens by BNYM check to see if there was an ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE. Most of the time the Assignment was done many months after the Lis Pendens was served and signed by a robo signer. Therefore, BNYM had no standing to foreclose. See if the document was signed in Dakota County, Minnesota or Tarrant County, Texas. Almost all of these are bogus. Just google the person that signed the ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE AND their name will probably come up as a robo signer. These robo signers are to coin someone phrase-“a milliner’s delight”. In other words, they wear many hats. They work so many places they don’t know where they are at. One robo signer has been caught signing paperwork in Texas and Florida the same day-must have used a private jet.
Alfonzo Greene signed a lot of them for Novastar and BNYM. Just fight back. They have committed FRAUD UPON THE COURT. It is legal to collect monies for collateral that you do not own. It is is the biggest PONZI SCHEME going. Our attention was diverted to BERNIE MADDOFF while they fleeced us. Well, we have been fleeced but we are not slaughtered yet. Fight-don’t let them lead you to the slaughterhouse. I don’t think you can sue for BREACH OF CONTRACT for the HAMP program but I have been told by an attorney that you can sue for felony theft. They had no legal right to collect money from you as they do not own your mortgage. Where did your money go? It is FRAUD AND THEFT.
I have mortgages that have went into MERS with NO assignment. It went from me as GRANTOR to MERS as GRANTEE and then released from MERS AS GRANTOR to me as GRANTEE. FRAUD, FRAUD AND MORE FRAUD..
The state of nevada needs to get involved through their case filed : State of Nevada vs. Bank of America, by attorney general’s office on Dec 10,2010. we have the highest rates of foreclosure in nation, the most fraud, and the least compliance with any modifications by banks. does anyone have any filings in NV? Where are the filed criminal cases here? Let’s help the people of the State of Nevada get help stopping the banks from fraudulent foreclosure proceedings, and filling banks pockets with $$$$$, without recourse for the lowly homeowner.
Funny you should say that because I saw a you tube video by a Chicago judge about fighting fraudclosure and he said, Chicago had the highest fraudclosure rate in the nation. Not a word about the rate of fraudclosure on the local news though. I think the whole country is in fraudclosure. They are not telling the people the truth and it is intentional. The real statistics about the fraudclosures and the joblessness and piss poor paying jobs are not being revealed. This is a massive NEW WORLD ORDER plan to make us a nation of renters and debter slaves. I think they don’t want to cause a panic. These tyrant bastards are doing this very quietly carefully and strategically. Find the fraud and save yourself people or they WILL steal it from you. I can see it coming, They will say the fraud is so massive we are all going to have to be renters now. Then all hell WILL break loose in America. .I remember when we were waiting for the loan mod package to arrive and being told, don’t pay the mortgage until you get the packet., I asked the servicer we will not go into foreclosure while waiting for the loan mod package to get here? and she said to me, YOU ARE ALWAYS IN FORECLOSURE. They are waiting for the right manufactured crisis to pop it on the American people. No one is going to go for it esp. if when they find out it is the foreign multinational tyranny, the NEW WORLD ORDER that is doing this to America. IT IS ALL ILLEGAL AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND VIOLATES OUR BILL OF RIGHTS.
