This is a VERY different response than we have received from the Florida Governor’s office, which houses the notary oversight agency for Florida as well as our local clerk Sharon Bock…
WSBTV 2: GA Official Vows to Investigate Notary Misuse Claims
FULTON COUNTY, Ga. — Fulton County’s clerk of court said homeowners from across the country have filed complaints questioning the credentials of notaries who signed their mortgage documents.
Cathelene “Tina” Robinson said she’s already revoked certifications from several of the notaries involved.
“As a notary, your job is to prevent fraud,” said Robinson, who commissions all of Fulton County’s notaries. The notary affixes his or her seal to a document to verify the signatures on it are authentic. But employees from at least one foreclosure mill said they were turning out documents by the thousands, signing names of fictitious bank representatives.
“It’s awful. It’s terrible. It should not have occurred,” said Robinson. She vowed to investigate any claims of notaries misusing their seals.

Do NOT believe her. She has had evidence of fraud presented to her and deliberately ignored it. I know, I was the one who gave it to her. This is a publicity stunt. If any of you are in Fulton county, ask her to explain how it is that the FORMER Fulton county clerk’s name was used on a forged stamp and then ask her what she did about it… she won’t be able to tell you she did a thing… because she did NOTHING.
This is how things change, one person at a time doing the right thing. Thank you Tina Robinson.

Glad to see someone in GA is doing something finally. we can only hope the new AG does back up his words. Unfortunately this is not the county I live in which is the largest and the most corrupt from my viewpoint and personal dealings. I will be watching this closely as I am looking to sue my lender, unfortunately pro se so I will have to have duck in the proper row. Thanks to all who have and continue to offer information..
Good luck to all
