Lenders have foreclosed on tens of thousands of homes in this great land we call the United States of America. These homes – now empty – were once lived in by everyday people like you and me that now have been cast aside and left to fend for themselves in a crumbling economy.
With unemployment at an all time high, we the People of this once great nation must unite and take our lives back; take back our self-esteem, and take back the glory that has been stolen from us via unethical means from these malicious banking magnates. As the “too big to fail” banks are bailed out with our hard earned tax-payer dollars we are made homeless and to suffer at the hands of immoral tyrants.
I ask you as the people of America: what will it take in order for you to stand up and be the the great and empowered citizens we once were?
The time is now! We can be the proud Americans we should be by rising up in spirit by making a stand and taking action. The Action we propose would be to default on your mortgage payments to show these degenerate bankers that they are here to serve the public interest – not to fleece the nation and line their own pockets with gold. While we struggle for bread and milk. In doing so, you should know that you are not alone: there are millions who have questions unanswered, and mouths that go unfed.
How many children go hungry in America every night? How many children go without health care and medicine because you are forced to pay a mortgage so they have a home to starve in?
These tyrannical practices can not continue. We must unite and take our money and power back from those that systematically and routinely run us into the gutter. We are reaching out to you in hopes that your own lives have not been tread upon to the point where you no longer have the will to fight for what is good, wholesome, and right. Please consider not paying your mortgage to show the banks that they do not own us.

I stopped making mortgage payments nearly 2-years ago and am still in my home. After challenging Bank of America’s legal standing to foreclose my mortgage the Bank backed down and is now offering me a monetary settlement for sanctions, fees & costs. So take a stand and fight for your rights.
Stopped mine in October. BofA never owned my loan, nor can they prove they are a servicer for the undisclosed owner. They don’t even call me anymore.

I am trying to wake up people wherever I go. I am going to tell everyone I can and try to get the message out about this mortgage revolt and tell them their homes are paid for because of the Ponzi Scheme. I will tell them about this website. I have been to the recorder’s office at least 7 times in the last 7 months. There are never any homeowners there. Where are the people? I go to court to fight for myself and see people being led like sheep to the slaughter going along with everything they are told in court . They question nothing with the exception of ONE woman who told the judge she cannot tell by her title who she should be paying the mortgage to. We have to try to stop the slow, strategic destruction of our freedom by the foreigners. They do not own our homes.

I know it is not a free house. There are no free houses. We have all paid more than enough for our underwater homes. The property taxes, maintenance and utility bills are through the roof outrageous. Everyone I know is complaining. Free house is just a bit of sarcasm on my part.. What I should have said was I want to show people how their homes are paid for free and clear because of the crooks PONZI SCHEME. I have already helped some in fraudclosure who needed it. If feel it is our patriotic duty to share the knowledge so these foreigners can not steal our homes they do not own and turn us into a nation of renters. I think that is a good way to revolt on this tyranny. Boycotting the creditors is certainly one, very powerful way to fight back but it’s impossible to know if enough people will take part to make it effective. In the meantime, there are potentially huge costs to the individuals who participate in terms of lower credit scores which impact employability, insurance rates, ability to rent, etc. Other costs to the protestors could include lawsuits, court orders and wage garnishment.
There’s another way to fight back, to hit the gangster bankers where it really hurts – their pocketbooks. And that is to pay off your debts as fast as humanly possible. Freeze your credit cards into a bowl of ice in the freezer, cut your expenses to the bone then cut them again. Don’t eat out ever, don’t take a vacation, cut the kids’ hair yourself, don’t buy anything if you don’t have the cash for it, shop only for necessities and only on sale. Sit down with your family and commit together to become financially free. Set your priorities together and write a budget which will be your financial freedom strategic plan.
Get a second job then a third. Sell everything that isn’t nailed down – if you haven’t used it in a year, you really really don’t need it. Most of us, with a plan and true dedicated determination, can dig ourselves out of debt – even deep debt – in 1 to 4 years. While you’re doing this, move all your accounts away from the TBTFs into local credit unions, local or regional banks.
At the end of the process you will not only be master of your own destiny, debt free and able to enjoy all the rewards for your labor, intelligence and skill, you will have deprived the banksters of one more revenue stream – no interest, no fees, no penalties, no chargesfrom you ever again!!

It’a amazing to me how many people would take time out for things that mean nothing to them on a personal manner, but they’d stand in line from dawn for a game ticket; go figure! It would be interesting to see how many people really take steps to make a change for the better and stand up for what’s right. Home owners weather they are in trouble now or they may be at some point in the future, what will they do? What will it take for everyone to take a chance and truly make a change in their lives and in their favor. If this was properly promoted it would not incorrectly state some things about how many homes have been foreclosed as it certainly is in the million and not tens of thousands, and for this to work everyone should be informed to read their mortgage documents and be sure they understand the terms and upon deciding to stop make payments, be careful to put the payments into escrow with a third party for safe keeping to earn interest. This way should a foreclosure commence, then the defendant could show honest behavior and willingness to pay should it be proven that there is someone for sure that deserves to be paid so that upon the final payment title can be insured and recorded properly as free and clear for satisfaction received.

This one incident with the mortgage is only one of many and I have let God guide me through this and he has opened doors I would have never would have looked in. marilyn i vent has been telling this all along then neil garfield finally came out and told us actually he went to a title company seminar and was told title companies can not expose the banks or they would lose their bread and butter. sounds like the appraisers did the same thing. now how do we get this exposed. the laywers and judges do not beleive this and it is not being used as a defense yet. it shoul dbe and foreclourees should be stoped halted we need to get this exposed. please does any one know anyone in th e media this needs to get out there understood and the house stealing needs to be halted
Michael, you are right and I have read the other comments…it appears from some of them, and I dare say most of them from other sites also that most of the people do not have a personal knowledge of our Lord and what the Word of God rally says nor take the time to erad and ask for understanding from the Holy Spirit.
I speak out boldly cause I am not afraid nor am I ashamed of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ which is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believes, to the Jews first and also to the gentiles…and whoever is offended or upset that is also proving the scriptures to be right so I alerady forgive you all should that happen and I am not upset…
I, too, have had to trust and depend on the Lord, fight the good figt of faith, prayed for full exposure of all the evil and whatever else is behind the mortgage frauds etc as I was not behind on my mortgage I have had for over 20 years at a high interes rate,paid up on extra principals as often as I could to reduce the time and interest to get it paid off for the 3rd time since I’ve own my home…and then foreclsoure lawsuits and robo signing documents and the list goes on…
So I can speak and I have also been researching and discovered many things..and yes, I have known of the one world order, it is also prophecy, and also the things that I Vent has been disclosing, I am now aware that when I signed my name to those mortgage docs long ago that I created the funds via the note which undisclosed became a negotiable instrument and that my loan was aleady paid off…in fact, when I finally got an attorney after going pro say and the new judge at that time refused to hear my case and motion showing the fraudulent docs which at the time was not yet a national issue…the robo signers…I had already spotted the fraud and tried to bring it to the courts attention but the judge refused to hear the case…and this was way before the courts were in overdrive and BEFORE the exposure of the robosigners!!!and the judge said I will have to hire an attorney…did not like pro ses…
I hired a shart attorney and helped him with my docs and I had already filed the initial affirmative response to which I stated clearly and categorically that this homeowner/myself, will show the courts and everyone else involved why I will not allow anyone to steal my home of so many years….and I continue the fight…so they were warned up front…God has truly been my Gibor and defender and fighting these battles for me and now with the Stern fiasco et al my case was dismiss withut prejudice and I sit and wait and pay my taxes and my insurances but no mortgae…even though eventually Stern created a note and registered it and was unable to show me the original…my case is in limbo so to speak but the bank has not dared to send my any bills, only records of insurance being paid and record of taxes (aid by me) to the IRS…I am still researching what benefit they get for doing so…if anyone knows please share…
And we cannot be prideful about who shares the Word of GOd…so be careful and listen to those regardless of what faith they have, a true believer will listen to others who claim to speak form the Word of God if the Word of God is in him/her and he will rightly discern if that word was indeed lining up with the Word from the Bsic Instructions Before leaving Earth Manufacture’s Manual…
GOd says that whatever is done in secret He will expose…why do you think He has raised up credible people, whether they believe in Him ornot, to help to bring about these exposures so far? To God be the glory! We must humble ourselves before Him…He will help us get through all this, remain faithful and watch Him do amazing things to help you keep your home…cast those burdens unto HIm, He does care for you…he warns in the Bible that no one should remove theboundaries of someone’s home…Deutch Bank has its day in court with the Judge of the Great High Court both in this world and in the next…
We are not sheep to the slaughter, at least those of us that put God first in everything and give Him the glory for these exposures …trust Him guys, believe me, He knows and He wants to be our Jehovah Gibor in this battle which is also a spiritual warfare…so dont’t bedeceive and listenandrespect others’ feelings and thoughts and beliefs, you dont have to accept them, but you want us to listen to you also…so…
