Letters: Two lawyers who left look good, not Bondi

“Bondi wants independent probe of employee firings” was the latest headline in The Palm Beach Post about the unfolding saga of how two highly productive female assistant attorneys general were dumped from Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi’s agency.
In a previous article, “State defends ouster of foreclosure investigators,” there were accusations that the two women had an “aggressive” legal approach and that their investigative probing “did not make sense.” Those quotes were credited to attorneys defending two of the foreclosure law firms under scrutiny from Ms. Bondi’s office for deceptive practices: Shapiro Fishman Gache, LLP and Law Offices of Daniel C. Consuegra.
Another foreclosure processing firm, Lender Processing Services (LPS), was successfully solicited by Ms. Bondi for campaign contributions, even though the office Ms. Bondi was aspiring to head was investigating LPS for “creating and manufacturing “bogus assignments” of mortgage. “These documents appear to be forged, incorrectly and illegally executed, false and misleading.”
A month ago, former Deputy Attorney General Joe Jacquot left to become senior vice president of government affairs at LPS. Former Assistant Attorney General Erin Cullaro was fired for moonlighting for another target, Florida Default Law Group, while her unit was investigating that firm, after which she went to work for the above mentioned Shapiro Fishman Gache firm.
Florida’s Constitution mandates that the attorney general protect Florida consumers from fraud. Ms. Bondi’s delayed press release protested the conclusion that political motivations led to the simultaneous ousting of two highly rated attorneys who were engaged in ferreting out fraudulent conduct by certain targets. These same targets funded her campaign, wooed employees away from Ms. Bondi’s agency and complained that the women investigators weren’t adequately weak. Methinks the lady doth protest too much.

I heard on Michael Medved’s radio show today that Eric Holder might be forced to resign because he and Obama got caught givng guns to the mexican drug cartel to use against other drug cartels The reason Holder and Obama got caught was because one of the gang shot a U.S. BORDER GUARD… I heard about this a couple of weeks ago and that is how the subject came up about the new EO Obama is supposed to sign to weaken our second amendment rights even further….One guy called in to the show and said Holder and Obama did this on pupose to try and weaken our right to bear arms?? I Vent…I had read where 2000 AK-47’s were flown to Mexico…..with intentions to stop the drug lords from the massive killings there…..and the ‘ shipment ‘ of guns got into the wrong hands….and 1000 were missing from the count. yvonne, it is really getting creepy. I really haven’t researched who is behind the drivers license invasion of privacy but I am sure what you have found out is all true and god only knows what else they are up to. The whole plan to microchip us is in the works. Did you ever see the Andy Rooney segment from 60 minutes where he says we should all get RFID microchips? The video is on you tube. I heard that the whole idea behind microchipping our pets, was to normalize it…My vet told me alot of people are having those microchips removed from their pets .I even heard they are spying on us through our cable boxes…Some guy on you tube opened one of those cable boxes and found a camera inside.. I went to my daughter’s H.S. one day last winter and the policeman who is the security guard asked me for my name and my drivers license picture came out of this little data base machine on a sticker for me to stick to my clothes with my name and other info. I told the policeman it looks like they are keeping track of every move we make and he replied yes. He confiscated it back from me on my way out…I wanted to keep it to show everybody..but he took it back……Even when you write a check they scan your license..I don’t like this Orwellian crap at all..We are all laying down and accepting way too much of their foreign eliteist agenda nwo b.s. yvonne, there are rumors “they” planning something big on 9/11. I saw a you tube video last night from my local news channel that someone mailed in a serious threat to I think it was, the FBI here in Chicago about there are nukes planted all over america. I just want to add to my FOX rant that I do mostly agree with Neil Cavuto and Judge Napolitano. FOX needs to hire more like them and get rid of the vermin. CNN made an unwise move and hired NEW WORLD ORDER MEMBER, Erin Burnett, that Council on Foreign Relations member traitor of America who is working for the FOREIGN ENEMY. GOOGLE HER NAME AND FIND OUT THE TRUTH ABOUT THAT TRAITOR…SHE WAS ON CNBC TALKING ABOUT BULLDOZING THE FRAUDCLOSED, STOLEN HOMES OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE……….SHE LEFT CNBC SOON AFTER. TWO WEEKS AFTER SHE LEFT THE ONLY ANCHOR THAT I RESPECTED, HER CO-ANCHOR, MARK HAINES DIED OF A SUDDEN HEART ATTACK…. Traitors like her are the MAIN REASON WHY America is in this terrible place right now. Erin Burnett destroys ANY CREDIBILITY CNN has left. After they got rid of Elliot Spitzer I lost any respect I may have still had for CNN. CNN got rid of one of the only Americans who actually had the guts to take on WALL STREET, ELLIOT SPITZER and they hired ERIN BURNETT who works for WALL STREET. THAT IS A SLAP IN THE FACE OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. Mark Haines spoke the truth on 9/11 in his reporting that terrible day, Mark Haines said those buildings were detonated live on the air.
