Yes. I believe we need to stick together. There seems to be quite afew of us from Chicago. I would be willing to go to court with anyone who need to fight these thieves. Sometimes you just need awitness, or someone to help w/ researth. I ve been fighting BOA for three yrs this month. I am so weary. And somedays just full of rage, some days real confident and some just scared shitless. I don’t now who to trust. I belive if we insist on case law, appeals, continuences, lets clog up the courts and demand justice. We are Americans first and foremost. Look who the shit stirrers really are. Only someone w/ much money could’ve (and still is) kept this massive fraud quite for so long. Now BOA want to send Reps to our house and help us fill out the new mod papers, I said no thanks. They are called Titanium Solutions so beware. Nobodies taking them up on thier mods so they are bring them to us. I finelly got my records from the Recrders office and much to my surprise is a “Quit Claim Deed” to my hus and my self dated back to 2009. Now I am really shocked!!!!!! Got another letter from Titaniam solutions and they are actully begging for us to modify our loan with the banksters which tells me they have NOTHING. Open for advice. Don’t know any attorneys that I trust and am pretty sick, this whole matter has made me so sick, Ive lost 30 punds, and lucky if I weigh 100 pds.

I agree with you, I would not sign anything..An attorney that I can trust already advised me months ago that the fraudsters debt is unsustainable…and they are going to set you up to fai with a balloon somewhere in that fraudulent inducement…I would not re-establish a debt that I do not owe with these assholes…They nullified their legal contract the day they committed fraud in my name and now they can pay me..This is why the judges are trying to force mediations with the banksters…I told the Judge, first they have to prove that I them money and they committed fraud in my name…The Judge did not disagree…he told me to go get an attorney…. I think you are right about my cousin. I had sent her a transcript of one of the little books I wrote and the Judge probably read it and thought i was more outspoken than anyone who had every come before him in his courtroom and when he got up off the floor my cousin knew not to give an opinion.

i have not commented all day. but i have to now. we need answers. @maryln A seems we are both in florida. my cousin a lawyer in jacksonville does not want my case. i have been through hell with wells fargo. started in 2009. the clincher and turnign point in this entire mess is wells fargo greed and misconstued the words in teh hamp loan . last year they started telling home owners when we called. to get help and apply for hamp loan we had to be in eminent default???? well what does that mean. 8/2010 i was a current mortgae apyee. paid my 5th mod payment. because of underemployment i actually borrowed my 8/2010 pay,\ment money from my father n law to stay current. but by sept 14/15th 2010 wells fargo is telling current homeowners not to pay the mortgage. this was a time of lost paper work, trusting the bank. i myself untrusting asked for this in wrting they refused. i cried and pleaded that i need it in writin that i did not want to lose my house but i need to apply for hamp that the modification payment higher then my original mortgage was to high. unable to get anywhere. telling current homeowners to basically to not pay null and voids a contract. in all case law. the problem now is NO ONe is follow ing case law or law. we are in a worm hole of fraud and there is nor end in site. i have complained to all goverment entities. no one wants to hear me. i am not default i was a current on my mortgage, so a bank can misconstrue the words om thousands of homeowners and get away with it, the reason they get away with it some people do not hole their ground like me. i am not i default. i did not create this i am a hard working person who is a victim. i also went to a lawyer in tampa. KEL. the lawyer said the same thing to me ” what do want a free house?” no its wells fargo who wants a free house plus their 6 million in CDS insurance. i am a thorn in their side.

From my own experience in my life I believe there are good and bad people of all religions and races.
I lost possession of my two NYC Condos by a series of frauds starting with Fidelity NY FSB hiding four of my mortgage checks (two on each property) in order for them to fake a default, accellerate, foreclose and therefore demand lawful money for the unlawful money lent by the bank.
I filed a bankruptcy to try to stop them and it was here in Bankruptcy court the Hon. Cornelius Blackshear told me to file a Federal Petition. The Hon Louis L Stanton of Federal Court accepted my Petition for filing , the case was removed upon Federal Question (art 1 Para 10 Cl 1 of the Constitution)
Three months into the case the corrupt attorneys Mullooly Jeffrey Rooney &Flynn who claimed I wanted to change the Banking system pressured Judge Stanton into not understanding what the Constitution said.
and remanded the case back to NY State Court.
In the course of these events I have had a mixed aray of Germans, of Irish, of Jews with a mixed smattering of other backgrounds ruling on my case.
In 2008 when I motions to mark vacated the two void ab initio judgments (signed in NYSC when the case was under Federal jurisdiction) I had mostly Jewish judges -Schlesinger, Saxe, Friedman, Richter, Moskowitz and Freedman and none would follow the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution even though they knew I am jewish. I am jewish but not religious. I actually feel like a don’t need a religious belief to guide me because I am a truthful, honest person.
These judges are the bad judges that give the jews the bad reputation. But remember there is also the Hon Arthur Schack at the other end of the spectrum.
As for when Israel was Palestine I cannot tell that history off the top of my head but I do remember hearing that Arabs and Jews were friends.
What is a discrace in times like these about the above Judges is because knowing how Hitler persecuted the Jews they would have more backbone in standing up against all persecution whether it be against jews, gentiles,or minorities .

Any time I have been in a court case or had to talk to lawyers or even doctors…I have never thought of what their religious belief’s were…if they were doing me wrong, it was they themselves I blame…not any label of religion or race……Some of my best friends are of the Jewish faith, and as you can tell by my last name…my husband was born in America, his father was from Malta…it is an Arab name…his mother was not an arab…..so many of our friends are from everywhere and are Arab…and many of our business associates were of the Jewish faith….. all this made life so interesting and fun.. I can only say the real cause of all the world’s problems are the people who are causing the problems….not any belief….that is an excuse they use to cover their own faults of evil…..what harm they can cause to others…..and their need to control…..I would say this is more of a mental sickness than a belief.

A “one-million person march” took place Saturday in Tel Aviv with a call for “tzedek hevrati” – meaning social reform.
Like in Tunisia, Egypt and Libya, youngsters are spearheading this demand for reform.

This is the eighth week of this protest, which started when a student had to leave her apartment because she couldn’t afford the high rental coast. She set up a tent in Rothschild Boulevard in the center of Tel Aviv. She was soon joined by people sympathizing with her, feeling a need for change. The tent city grew, and thousands of tents were set up across the country with people vowing to stay until the government makes changes.
On Saturday, organizers didn’t quite reach the 1 million protesters they had hoped for, but still, in the largest of thes economic protests so far, about 300,000 swamped Tel Aviv, according to police estimates. Smaller protests were held in other cities.
Everywhere you could see families holding flags and banners calling for Benjamin Netanyahu to resign as prime minister. Young and old chanted slogans calling for the restructuring of the economy.
The call is for change that will bring down rental prices, change that will let the middle class pay less tax, change that will bring down the price of milk. One banner said that if the government is against the people than the people are against the government.
“We are the new Israelis and we want change; we want real reform,” Itzik Shmuli, head of the student union, said in a speech to the crowd. “Our Israel is awakening to a new reality.”
Israel’s unemployment rate is 5.5 percent and the economy is growing. Still, wealth is becoming concentrated among a small group, The Associated Press notes, and the ranks of the working poor have grown dramatically.
A special government committee has been appointed to address the protesters’ demands, but that hasn’t calmed the protesters, who are adamant that reforms must take place.
“Tonight is the pinnacle moment of a historic protest,” Amir Rochman, 30, an activist from the Green Party, told Reuters.

My daughters first lawyer a female…highly reccomended by a paralegal that I and my other daughter know very well. required $1,250.00 before she even started…and the rest within 1 month…to a tune of $ 2,500.00. In her talk with us..and yes, I went to have 4 ears and eyes….she ranted how deep she investigates all the mortgages. her words..” I am a fighter for my clients…I go to extremes to find everything in your favor”…so my daughter signs the contract. . We go to court and the judge tells the mills lawyer to go back and resummit the case and prove you have standing…you have proven nothing in these papers. In the meantime I start rooting on the internet and thru the papers we have…and I find fraud from the closing on…we got the second set of documents and they were the same… just placed in different spots. One night I sat down and compared both copes side by side…the note was signed by my EX son in law..(married at the time)…on the first set filed below his signature …was a large “X” covering the blank area….on the second set there was no “X”…but there was an endorsement without recourse, signed and in the ‘blank’ area was a very light stamp of who got the note..but could not make out who it was..it appreared to be an old stamp worn….and I also saw on the cover sheet the Title Co. sent to have the Mortgage recorded…was a message to NOT SEND BACK TO BANK. TO SEND IT BACK TO TITLE CO…….So I called a few different lawyers and all said that the Note was tampering with evidence and also ‘ intent ‘ on the title co. ‘…so my daughter called her and said we had found some fraud..( WAMU is loaded with fraud) and this attorney fires off .” THERE IS NO FRAUD…YOU JUST WANT A FREE HO– USE AND YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GET IT…THE BANK WILL GET THE HO– USE…YOU STOPPED PAYMENTS”….SCREAMING.. So I went into her office and was polite to her…and asked her if she ever found any fraud in the mortgage and she said not really…Than I asked what she planned to do now for the payment up front…( We never paid her in full cause other lawyers said not to.) but for 1,250.00 I wanted answers for my daughter. I did not tell her what we found comparing the documents. She filed a ‘Request to Produce ” of 20-25 requests. Chase asked for time to Produce but no time was ever mentioned after that….Shy of ten months later Chase replied and objected to all of the requests. Following that my daughter got a letter from this attorney…saying there is no frauds, accused again of wanting a free house…and said she would not represent her if she was looking for fraud..SHE WAS .FIRED….Got a top attorney the following week. ..We both felt that wench / lawyer saw the money looked good and knew what was behind this whole fraud scheme. The paralegal felt so bad that knew me and that the attorney took us for that amount of money…she quit on the spot…That attorney was looking for a fast 2,500.00 thinking she would do a few filings in court…the house would be taken by the bank..and she would still get paid…She changed into a complete different person from when we met her…just like she worked for the Mills…………We went to Mark Stopa…just wished we had gone there first…..lesson well learned.

Funny you should mention the unwanted police presence Rob…My son is in a band and they played for a Make A Wish fundraiser at a local bar a few weeks ago…..
