Mitt Romney draws new Florida legislative endorsements
Former Massachusetts Gov. and current GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney announced he was adding to his list of endorsements by Florida lawmakers today. In all, Romney added 24 lawmakers today — two state senators and 22 House Republicans.
“They are champions for the taxpayer, fighting for the middle class that has been hit so hard by President Obama’s failed economic policies,” Romney said in a press release announcing the endorsements. “Their hard work in Tallahassee will help put many Floridians back to work. I’m excited to work with them to bring my message of reduced spending and fiscal restraint to Washington.”
Romney already had the support of 12 Florida legislators — six from each chamber — including the next three men scheduled to be speakers of the House. Here’s the list of the new endorsements released by Romney’s office:

Florida – During a debate over dress codes in Florida schools, Republican State Rep. Kathleen Passidomo said one of the dumbest fucking things I’ve ever heard an elected official say. She actually said the 11-year-old Hispanic girl who was brutally raped by 18 black men, had it coming to her because she dressed like a prostitute. No really, she actually said this retarded shit. Here’s the quote.
“There was an article about an 11 year old girl who was gang raped in Texas by 18 young men because she was dressed like a 21-year-old prostitute,” Passidomo declared.

Interestingly enough, even about 50% the local residents in the small town where the incident happened, actually came out and laid the blame at the feet of the little girl.

I vent….Did any of the lawyers you went to see ever tell you what is needed to prove your case? On this site and another foreclosure site it said…. it is not what you know or what frauds you have found….it is WHAT YOU CAN PROVE IN COURT..but it left one hanging corrupt courts are not making them compel in the requests of discovery… I just wondered if they gave you any hints as what is the courts looking for you to prove….you have so much in fraud yet they say either way ..with a lawyer or not..you will lose. All you seem to be missing is the copy of the Note that was paid. (cashed) .without recourse on the stamped endorsement and signed by the bank….Now someone said…that is what we need and it is very hard to get..to keep requesting to Produce and with luck someone at the bank may screw up and send a copy of the paid Note…otherwise they send a copy without the stamp showing it was paid. The second time around my daughter got that stamped copy….pure luck. Now we still do not know where we stand..but Stopa might…….REMEMBER….everyone tells you frauds are very hard to prove…almost impossible…so as I can see the only other ‘ item ‘ is the paid Note that you are missing….Do you get what Iam trying to tell you? Marilyn, I know that by now..they have to show proof of standing and it is very complicated to know what to file if you are not an attorney.These are very complicated procedures…There are very little protections for consumers either, you are going on a wing and a prayer let me tell you…I know all about the original notes being destroyed.I have done alot of homework but that does not make me an attorney and that does not guarantee me from them trying to pull every trick in the book…… They are now trying to enter the “original” note in the second amended complaint and are trying to plead false evidence..Proving they don’t have the prima facie evidence is proving they committed fraud…I am trying to have my case dismissed on the altering of the mortgage contract after the signing and other frauds…not one proper release or assignment has been recorded at the recorders office in 19 years and the clerk at the recorders office told me because of that, my house is paid for..Now I have to convince the Judge….I should not need an affadavit to prove the mortgage was altered, I have the original and the recorded forgery… the fraud is apparent on its face.Altering a contract after signing is a Class 3 Felony in my state…An attorney told me the Judge should give me clear title to my house for that FRAUD……It is easier said than done…These Judges aren’t giving houses away so easy in a courtroom packed with homeowners in fraudclosure…I read on a site that if you ask the lender for the QWR, debt validation letter and go throught the discovery process the bank withdraws their case….This is a complicated mess, I am fighting 2 fraudclosures pro se..My house and my commercial property…and it is incredibly stressful…It is easy to say do this or that but it has to be done right and the Judge has to buy the argument…. What we are doing is, trying to PROVE THEY COMMITTED FRAUD IN OUR NAMES..That is what no standing means…they are trying to take something they have no legal right to take…that is FRAUD…..It is all about the FRAUD, from the Origination Fraud to the Fraudclosure…ONE GIANT LOAN FRAUD MESS…You have to target the fatal flaw that you think the judge will buy to dismiss the case and it has to be proven. Rob, size of County should not matter…Cook County is huge and the Cook County Sheriffs Office is the 2nd largest Sheriffs dept in the U.S. It’s operations are divided in to 8 depts…That is what they have sherriffs deputies for…
i VENT…The property tax is a tricky thing….if the taxes are not paid by a certain date the country has the right to put it up for a tax sale….in our county it is not much time once the tax deadline passes….Now I understand most banks come in maybe after the first yeat has passed and they pay them so the county does not cease the property….my daughter has always paid them even in foreclosure and this past year when she went to pay them the country said the bank paid them. The county said ..’ let them pay the taxes ‘…and gave her a quick letter to say she was there to pay them in plenty of time. Same with her home owners propery policy…same thing happened.
Her lawyer said…’ let them pay the taxes ‘ and the insurance policy…..it proves nothing…the faker bank is making it look like they have a right to foreclose…another cover-up….
But for those of us who own our houses…we have no choice but to pay the property tax…or we can lose our homes in a short matter of time…and it will cost dearly to get them back……so how would a tax revolt do in this case? The county said only homes in foreclosure can join a property tax revolt…and than the banks would need to pay it….if they catch it in time….and the county said most banks have paid the taxes to protect what they want and that is the house. And those working, the income tax is taken out before the worker gets paid….so I can’t see how a tax revolt will work? It sounds great….but how is it possible?
Marilyn, there was a property tax revolt in Cook County, Ill during the last Great Depression…The Mayor of Chicago at the time was Anton Cermak..He was shot while shaking president elect FDR’s hand while vacationing down in Florida…He was shot at Bayfront Park in Miami..he died one month later..The next Mayor ended the property tax revolt. Kudlow said we needed a tax revolt on CNBC a while back…Everyone would have to revolt……It could not just be some people…Chris Whalen said in his Blloomberg video Foreclosuregate is a Cancer that a property tax revolt would be inevitable….If we fear them, they win…We can’t be cowards here afraid to do something….My neighbors are ready for a property tax revolt..they are fed up with the property tax fraud that is occuring in Cook County…Our home values are down to 20 years ago but our property taxes have more than doubled what they were when we bought these homes…This is flat out fraud by the County…trying to cover up for all of the fraud an corruption…Mayor Daley said last year in the fall that property taxes were going to increase 155 billion dollars in Cook County by the year 2015…to cover for all of the missing policemens and firemens pension money….WTF? WHERE DID IT ALL GO…? We need to put a stop to these crooks somehow…We need to start thinking outside of the box….If we look back to what went on during the last Great Depression there are clues…Though they are not easy to find…you have to dig….I still have relatives who remember what their parents did…..Deeded their homes to their cousins and such for a valuable consideration of say a buck or …Property tax revolts….We have to stand up for our rights or they are going to tax us right out of our homes next…That is why I say, that Occupy Movement needs to start planning affirmative actions and setting dates…..

I vent..did you read my comment up above about the note.?…I see where you ask Rob if his lawyers filed a motion to compel…Request to Produce..the prima facie evidence…..the Note was destroyed when paid….the copy of the Note stamped without recourse and signed is kept by the bank…the bank lawyers ( Mills) probably get copies of the note and mortgage. from the title co. from the closing file..to put into the foreclosure summons…..cause in Florida the Note is not recorded…just the mortgage is…….if the Note is destroyed when paid… that there say’s the 2 documents were split…They cannot be split cause that leaves the Note unsecured…BUT they cashed the note right away…and got paid for something they didn’t invest any money in….. That makes the contract null and void….and all the payments that they took thru their greed was a scam… ..The bank hides the paid note thinking the homeowner will never know or figure out the scam…But there is no original note..at least that is what I have found and figured out. If there was…. the bank would show it at the beginning of the foreclosure as they are suppose to do…and they can’t….that is why I think you are finding you need something other than frauds….. And with Rob’s case..the lawyers already know what is needed to compel in the request..but I feel they know they will not see the original note …it’s destroyed..and the banks refuse to comply…….. Would you not agree with me on this issue? In the foreclosure the banks are not putting the true document of the Note that they have on file…..they are just putting a copy of the note as at the closing….and they know very few people would even know of the paid note….this is all hidden…and only a screw up at the bank would release a true copy of the note already cashed….I understand this is very hard to get….many motions hoping to get the one screw up……but may be the straw that breaks the bankers back. Think about it…it is not the frauds ..like they say it is almost impossible or is impossible to prove fraud…….it’s the copy of the paid Note with the stamp of endorsement without recourse and signed…..the fraud in the foreclosure is the copy of the note is not the copy the bank has hidden…… They had this all planned down to the end………

Rob and Marilyn, just saw a great interview on Bloomberg news the Charlie Rose show with ex-Fed chairman Paul Volker…You could tell he is pissed at the banksters and Wall Street and he said there is definitely a problem in this country with the way wealth is being distributed…and that all started 15 years ago…..Let’s see, that would have been under THE CLINTON ADMINISTRATION…..He said we are a quarter of the way through the deleveraging of the banks and there is going to need to be trillions in recapitalization of the banks in order to restore them…. Mr. Volker said that the CHINESE are not directly invested in this mess….I knew it!!! He pretty much said the bailouts were wrong but these financial institutions are way to big and their failure would have been catastrophic…BUT they should not have been allowed to give out bonuses and buy outs and christmas gifts out of that tax payer money….Volker saidDodd Frank Act has the core to keep these institutions in check IF the regulators do their jobs…He said the laws have to be ADMINISTRATED…Mr. Volker said that the 99% have every right to be mad and that the income disparity in America means things are NOT being done right in this country and he has never seen anything like this since the last Great Depression…he said the Fed is no longer acting like a private bank moving U.S. TREASURIES AROUND THE GLOBE……At the end of the day Volker is a banker but he defended none of them….He know this is bullshit and behind all of the bullshit is the U.S. Government…who allowed the NWO to commit the biggest robbery of our wealth in human history by their WALL STREET PERPS..
