Lender Processing Services, Inc. : Lender Processing Services Donates 1,000 Tickets for Local Military to Attend Jaguars-Chargers Game

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – December 2, 2011 – Lender Processing Services, Inc. (NYSE: LPS) announced that it has purchased 1,000 tickets to the Dec. 5 game between the Jacksonville Jaguars and the San Diego Chargers and donated them to the Greater Jacksonville Area USO, which will give them to local military service members and their families.

“We appreciate LPS’ generous donation to show its support for the sacrifices made by our military. These courtesy tickets will give service members and their families the chance to experience the excitement of watching the Jaguars play live at EverBank Field and enjoy the Ultimate Teal Party hosted by the team and the City of Jacksonville,” said John Shockley, Executive Director of the Greater Jacksonville Area USO.

Monday night’s Jaguars-Chargers match-up will be televised nationally on ESPN and will be shown locally if the necessary threshold of tickets are sold. “Millions of viewers watch Monday Night Football, so we welcome this opportunity to show why Jacksonville is such a great city,” said Macky Weaver, the Jacksonville Jaguars’ senior vice president of sales and marketing.

LPS’ ticket donation is one of hundreds of charitable contributions the company makes locally each year to show its strong commitment to the Jacksonville community. LPS President and CEO Hugh Harris announced, “This ticket donation offered a perfect way for us to help the courageous members of our armed forces enjoy some much-needed relaxation and to show our continued support for the Jacksonville Jaguars and our city.”

How generous of them…

This should make up for all the homes that were illegally foreclosed on…

Maybe they will foot the bill for a hot dog or two as well…
