  1. Fury says:

whenever i have checked michael’s site today, i see this still frame of martha coakley and the
    people standing with her.

i can’t thank them enough for standing up for homeowners against MAJOR FRAUD committed by the banksters.

  2. lvent says:

Gerald Celente on RT news predicting financial 9/11 is coming soon to America…

  3. Grant Frederickson says:

One part of the mafia is leaving Mass! (Ally/GMAC) F$%k them!

  4. Fury says:

    you CAN’T mod a FRAUD!

  5. Bill McAuliffe says:

Ivent: Don’t sign what? Set-up? In any event, as far as I can tell, this is at least a start at getting to the Truth, and some sort of rightful “return”, (restitution) to those who have truly been unjustly foreclosed upon, evicted, et. al. I’m hoping this will set a precedent by which other States can follow suit? (No pun intended) I’m not Legally educated enough to know how precedents work between the States. If anyone knows, please post. Whatever happens, this is not going to end up “pretty” for any of us. I don’t believe in all of this “2012 End of the World” stuff, but I DO think it’s going to be one heck of a year. We all have to be prepared for some pretty weird actions on the part of any entity that has Power over people.Pride is the root of all evil, and there’s plenty of that “going around”.

    • lvent says:

Bill McAuliffe, it is a start…I am saying I would not sign or agree to a loan mod or any other fix..

      • lvent says:

an attorney that I trust told me, don’t sign or agree to anything..their debt is unsustainable..that is what I mean..

      • lvent says:

She filed suit on massive fraud and forgery and she is talking loan mods? That makes no sense…Any act of fraud in a legal contract nullifies a legal contract…

  6. macy says:

Has anyone on here filed a complaint with the OCC and if so what was your outcome? Does it do any good to file a complaint with that agency? Are there any other agencies to take into consideration regarding filing a complaint?
    Any help greatly appreciated.

    • lvent says:

The FBI has a mortgage fraud division, the local Sheriffs office, the AG’s office and the States Attorney’s office…

      • Grant Frederickson says:

The OCC is worthless, an agency that is owned and controlled by Banksters. They have largely ignored homeowners complaints for years, and consider all of us scum, immoral and/or deadbeats. Truly a criminal’s best friend is to have the “cop” on their payroll.

    • CaitlinO says:

I filed a complaint with the OCC against a TBTF bank who had upped my interest rate for no reason whatsoever in violation of the original credit card agreement. When I spoke to the bank to find out why they were doing this, they said it was because they could. This was before the recent reforms – it would be illegal today.

Within 8 days of filing my OCC complaint, I had a letter from the bank rescinding the interest rate increase and referencing the OCC file number that was generated when I submitted my complaint online.

I can’t say whether this would be effective in other situations, but in my situation the online complaint was resolved very much to my satisfaction.

  7. I fell sorry that you guys are stuck with Pam Bondi in FL,

  8. lvent says:

They broke the law….all mortgage contracts are therefore null and void…make the criminals pay..! Seize their overseas accounts!!

  9. Fury says:

this was fantastic news for defrauded homeowners.
    thank you, martha coakley!

now if only the other state AGs would do the same…

  10. WhatSignature says:

Has Pam Bondi seen this video?? Just asking – ‘nough said.

    • Occupy is about truth~ says:

Unfortunately, Pam Bondi and the Scott admistration are for the BANKS and not the consumers of Florida.

  11. lvent says:

The bank attorney told me they never delivered the loan to the trust.

    • lvent says:

the bank attorney said they have no PSA, no assignment no prima facie evidence.

      • lvent says:

the bank attorney told me the allonge is the assignment…that is a lie.

      • lvent says:

the bank attorney told me to call the pretender lender for a loan mod…I say if you can’t prove to me I owe you money…and I agree to pay a pretender lender that would be communism….

      • lvent says:

They socialized their debt unto us…now they want to sneak in communism under the guise of that debt…Don’t conform and comply..Make the criminals pay…

  12. lvent says:

They should be sued..but I would not agree to a loan mod..or refi…that is an attempt to paper over the massive fraud…

    • lvent says:

Make the criminals pay…don’t sign or agree to anything…their debt is unsustainable..These crooks owe $600 trillion+ in mortgage derivatives fraud…!

      • lvent says:

How long will they allow these criminals to steal everything from the people before they shut them down?

      • lvent says:

People who stopped paying the mortgage lost their livelyhoods…many still have not found jobs or are underemployed…Don’t sign, it is a set up…

    • betterthannew says:
