Photoshop Fail | Shapiro & Ingle Aurora Loan Mortgage Fraud & Notary Fraud

Document executed by photoshop.

M. Headen, whose digitally, photoshopped signature was applied to this document may not be aware of this document.

Here is one of the best photoshop fraud fail we’ve seen to date.

Examine the whited out signature lines and the break in the signature loops due to the document alternation application of the corporate identity “Aurora Loan Services, Inc” as a photoshop artistic license addition to a legal document conveying ownership of property.

Also, in the notarization statement, there is suspicious white out under the “Aurora Loan *”.

Does anyone know who is behind the Independent Review Administrator that is sending out these envelopes with paperwork to fill out? Am thinking they are using this method to collect more information from us to hand ourselves and give them info they can use against us and to correct their fraudulent paperwork. Your thoughts.

    • Bobbi Swann says:

TTTT: I got the same envelope in the mail – hogwash! They just want more info to try and steal more from us. Besides that the so-called third party has ties with the banking industry which makes it bull$hit. I filed my envelope on top of the pile that I’ve been creating for the last 3 years. Some of those questions on that form should not be addressed to borrowers….they should already have that information on hand which just tells me that this is more of a ‘fishing expedition’ than help! BEware!

this what happens when you hire novice criminals and pay them $10 an hour

    • Fury says:

the criimal robo-signers get paid $10 an hour but unfortuantely Godd Guys are being paid the same because our economy is down the toilet.

a friend just lost her job yesterday—single mom of a young daughter..

it was so sad to hear this news during a holiday performance.

all i could do was give her a kleenex and hold her hand, giving her words of comfort.
she doesn’t know when she can tell her little girl.

this is so insane what has become of our country, friends and family.
      we have lost everything!

it males me want to fight even harder1

typo: Good Guys (now make squat due to bank and wall street fraud feel lucky to make squat! it is better than being unemployed).

i would like to say, that the companies who lay off workers right before christmas and hanukkah, are CRUEL BEYOND BELIEF!!!!!!

  3. Glen Ellis says:

This outright criminality has been going on for years. All preceded by origination fraud and collective embezzlement. A “get out of jail free card” is what top shnook Tom Miller is promising for xmas. Appalling.

I thin alot of people missed this part from the 60 minutes piece on Prosecuting Wall St.

In 2007, Foster sent a team to the Boston area to search several branch offices of Countrywide’s subprime division – the division that lent to borrowers with poor credit. The investigators rummaged through the office’s recycling bins and found evidence that Countrywide loan officers were forging and manipulating borrowers’ income and asset statements to help them get loans they weren’t qualified for and couldn’t afford.

Foster: All of the– the recycle bins, whenever we looked through those they were full of, you know, signatures that had been cut off of one document and put onto another and then photocopied, you know, or faxed and then the– you know, the creation thrown– thrown in the recycle bin.

Fraud and Forgery are just a couple of their felonies…and are they not also concealing a crime..? They are also using the little guys to carry out their cover-up with the notaries and the robo-signers….A friend of mine who paid her home off a few years ago checked into her paperwork to make sure things were in order..Everything Citi did in regards to her loan payoff was questionable, even the release at the recorder of deeds office was only a partial release…She never got her original docs back stamped paid either..We went through her docs and she noticed that her husbands name was forged on a release of mortgage to public..She called the Title Company and they admitted to forging her husbands signature on that doc. The excuse they used…..? They were in a hurry and needed to get it done..An attorney friend of hers said, let it go..why have the woman fired? The only good thing I see coming out of this is alot of people are questioning alot of things..the people no longer trust these institutions or this Government and people are waking up and realizing, the fraud is systemic.

      • To Tell The Truth says:

I believe everyone that helped to cause others to loose their homes should be held liable, whether they loose their jobs or not. If not, we join them in their dishonesty. I also do believe that the pawns in the massive game of chest include robo signers.notaries with instructions from the big guys ….so maybe after the pawns have been removed then the game continues with the bishops and the knights etc. until there is a checkmate? Your thoughts.

To Tell The Truth: I am not sure if you are talking to me or not but Illinois Law, the crime of FORGERY according to (720 ILCS 5/17-3) A person commits the crime of Forgery when they
        knowingly make, issue or deliver
        or are
possessing with the intent to issue or deliver a forged or altered document or using a digital signature unlawfully are all criminal acts… So they are all criminals, the bank attorneys and the frauclosure mills, the robosigners as well as the Title Companies…Where is the FBI and the DOJ? There is no excuse…The fraud and forgery is massive…Under Illinois Law, (720 ILCS 5/17-3)
(1.)altering and making of documents capable of defrauding another in such manner that it purports to have been made by another or at another time, or with different provisions, or by authority of one who did not give such authority; or
(2.) issues or delivers such document knowing it to have been thus made or altered; or
(3.) possesses, with the intent to issue or deliver, any such document knowing it to have been thus made or altered; o(4.) unlawfully uses the digital signature, as defined in the Financial Institutions Electornic Documents and Digital Signatures Act, of another; or
(4.) unlawfully uses the signature device of another to create and electonic signature of that other person, as those terms are defined in the Electonic Commerce Security Act…
Forgery is a class 3 Felony in Illlinois..punishable up to 3-5 years in prison..

    Bad Bankers,
I could do better than that. I hope they continue making stupid mistakes like this especially in my case.
