They did not enter a plea, instead the judge postponed the case until early next year. The notaries are key witnesses in a case against two Lender Processing Services title officers accused in a massive robo-signing scheme.
Hopefully they do not “commit suicide” before the case resumes…

Just wondering how can it be if the database is tens of thousands that not one wrongful foreclosure took place?
Seems to defy any notion of probabilities, possibilities, likelihoods. Or even breathing room for accusers.
Or perish forbid that there some sort of grim idea in operation like with the now declared dangerous cars, in earlier days – like a certain amount of innocent victims are to be sacrificed without consequence? Then why? And how many? And for how long? And at what sort of costs? Or even benefits? And, if so, to whom?
Just questions in my mind and seeing your post wondering about more of your own thoughts too that you might care to share at some point..
