America is Being Stolen, One Piece of Land At A Time…Who Is The Wizard Behind The Curtain?
A sane person would think that if parties were going to be throwing millions of people out of their homes and into the streets, collecting hundreds of millions of dollars in the process and performing the single largest transfer of real property in the United States of America since the Louisiana Purchase we would all know who was behind all of this….wouldn’t you? But ignore the big picture, national security/public policy stuff loaded into that big question for a moment. Even if the answer to that first question was no, you would think that at the very least, if you were being thrown into the street you would have the right to know who owned the note and who was directing the foreclosure against you and your family right? Well, this is Amerika folks, and those quaint notions of transparency, open government and justice don’t apply anymore. The banks and servicers that are taking apart this country one foreclosure at a time, taking your home and throwing your family into the street can do as they please and you have no right to know who they are actually working for.
But it’s not just you that is being kept in the dark. You see, courts all across this country are transferring not just hundreds of millions of dollars, but the actual physical dirt and land and the true foundation of this entire nation, one home at a time, one foreclosure case at a time…..AND THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHO THEY ARE TRANSFERRING THE PROPERTY TO!
What we do know for certain is that in hundreds of thousands of cases, all across this country, the Plaintiffs that are suing to throw hundreds of thousands of American families into the streets, the Plaintiffs that are taking title to hundreds of thousands of homes and hundreds of thousands of acres of the real property of the United States of Americans are not the owners of the notes and mortgages. They are merely the assassins hired by hidden and undisclosed third parties that are the real parties in interest.
They are getting away with this now, but it was not always this way. You see, in Florida, the lawsuit form approved by the Florida Supreme Court requires that to state a cause of action for foreclosure, the Plaintiff must allege that they “own the note and mortgage”. But this language that has been used for hundreds of years has been ignored recently and the typical foreclosure lawsuit now reads, “The Plaintiff owns or holds the note and mortgage or has the authority to enforce the same.” Really? Well, which is it?

You know in most states that are non-judicial, they don’t have to have the “right” paperwork at all. Simple, the auctioneer shows up on the courthouse steps and auctions off your house to the highest bidder. Most of the time it is the lender who bids unless it is a hot property. I say this to let you know this is why the industry worked for immunity in those few states where they have to deal with the courts, the judicial states. In our state we never know if they have correct paperwork or not. We can’t even sue and find out who has legal standing to foreclose! Think about that for a minute! They can take your house and you have nothing to say about it and after they sell it, they clear the title and evict you and you never set foot in court or have proof of ownership of the note or mortgage! Nada, nothing, Are we sheeple or what?
We have already given up our rights in this country and we continue to let our rights erode out of our own ignorance. The banks are selling our houses “CASH” at liquidation prices, 30-40-50 cents on the dollar. These cash investors can be from anywhere in the world. They don’t have to be citizens to buy in this country. CASH is just that, no appraisal nothing. Many of the listings will have statements similar to this:
Must be approved by _____________lender or go through _____________title company. Now why do you think the lender requires the sale and deed issued by a certain company and approved by the prior lender, if it is a cash sale? YES, you guess it. They are flawed and there is a cloud on the title and they are fixing it in the foreclosure and resale process!
If we just used half our brains in this country we wouldn’t be in this shape! Unfortunately the bankers are using a higher percentage of smarts than the rest of us who have allowed ourselves to be “sold out” by the industry. .

I was told by an attorney that if you do a short sale with the crooks, that the buyer has to have CASH and be ready to close in thirty days, or no more than sixty days..! In some states it is to the point where anyone can foreclose, all they need is the “right” paperwork
to put before the court. Why don’t we start doing this to the judges and lawyers who are involved

Well, There are many I’m sure who are getting sick of all this, they may take our homes but in the end it wont work out so well for the thieves and their immoral slaves because all the money in the world wont spare their fate. I applaud those who chose to take their own lives before taking the names on their foreclosure and note papers instead, its a very tragic situation to lose your home, and being in the same situation myself and enduring a divorce because of it along with the stress of a sword hanging over my head not knowing when they will come along with the complete loss of equity and credit, its just incredible what goes through your mind.I feel for others who have not handled it as well as I. Its unforgivable what this country’s leadership has allowed to happen to its people they are supposed to be protecting. The banks made 70 trillion on our sub prime mortgages and the PIGS still want the property that they have sold over and over. Its been paid for !! at least get us a fair affordable way to keep it!! We are into the crash now since 2007-08 and we are into 2012. Who is going to rise up and fight? Will we wait for the second dip? As the lenders dump the shadow inventory onto a flat market, they will be forced to liquidate at cheaper and cheaper prices. I appraised a $145,000 house the other day for $70,000 built in 2005, surrounded by other houses some selling for $30-50K. The houses can’t even be reconstructed for that. Had the former owner been given the opportunity to write down principal to $80 to 100K they might have been able to stay but NO, banks prefer to sell the REO. They don’t own the investment, what do they care. They have no skin in the game.They get commissions and fees on the REO sales. In fact they prefer to pay their lawyers to fight you if you try to modify.

What if it is not the “Banks” foreclosing on these homes, but the Lawyers? What if these foreclosure mill law firms create a client named “Plaintiff” and a defendant named “Defendant”?
What if the “Banks” are not actually a party to the foreclosure, but the law firm creates an LLC using the name of the Bank (In all capital letters of course)? We know that if put on the spot, the Banks cannot admit to being a party to the claim, because the bank is “paid” within 72 hours of the Promissory Note being “Deposited” into a secret account set up in the name of the Grantor of the Promissory note,( all Promissory Notes are stamped “Pay to the Order of, without recourse”), and doing so would open them uop to some serious liability.
We also know that these “County” Courts are in fact “Federal Courts” fighting to put these subject properties into the Federal Trust, by stealing them from the people who own them and thus removing these properties from the County Trust.
A Private Federal Corporation Union is operating within the Metes and Bounds of the County claiming a charter through the DMV under a U.N. Compact Agreement and claiming the authority of Title 4, section 112A
