I-Team: Former U.S. Attorney Questioned on Robo-Signing
LAS VEGAS — Robo-signing left tens of thousands of Nevadans not knowing if they own their home.
State leaders take a near unanimous stand against it but one Nevada politician may be voting one way, while profiting another way.
State Senator Greg Brower joined a near unanimous vote last year in a high-profile bill combating robo-signing. The Reno-area Republican is in one of the most competitive races in the state. The power balance at the state capital is at stake. But perhaps, more important, a clear answer From Brower on the question: Is robo-signing good or bad?
There are Nevadans who don’t know if they own their own homes. Bill Campbell is one of them.
“I don’t own the home I bought three years ago. I made payments faithfully and on time until just recently when it was confirmed I don’t own the house I bought.”

Terrible! what’s happening to sheeple in this country. citizens should Robo Sign documents to take back their mortgages. File them in court and then call it legal. That would be different. See only the banks can commit fraud, not the sheeple!
Great comment! So true…. and I am going to do it! No kidding, my life is so f’d-up right now with 23 times in civil, unlimited civil and now in Federal Court for the last year and a half and last week a full IRS audit. I don’t know why I got audited by the IRS because I keep perfect records and have a CPA come to my office once a month to reconcile my books. I have a gut feeling that this is a revenge-move on Deutsche bank’s part since the 09/2009 dates that the IRS wants me to explain is the same time that I was granted a Loan Modification from the services “Home Loan Services” but of course I can’t prove that. So what the heck, I might as well go to the very end and file false paperwork just to hold them off a little more. Nobody take this as advise but I have truly lost everything except for my car that I will be most-likely living in.

And the defence that the mass forgeries, and notary fraud, are legal or to be accepted, is ludicrous on its face.
I can’t wait to read the defence’s answer in the May 10th proceeding.
I truly hope that the people of Nevada are in tune and do NOT allow this man to represent them in any form or fashion in the political arena! Are you listening voters of Nevada?????
