Heritage Pacific | Company Sues California Foreclosure Victims to Collect Money from Second Mortgages

Heritage Pacific is being challenged in court. There is a class-action lawsuit in Santa Clara County that calls the company’s practices “an insidious and illegal debt collecting scheme.”

    Amazing! They can sue you but no judicial will go after them. My DA and Dept. of Real Estate didn’t feel like it.

    A nonjudicial foreclosure in California is a ONE ACTION rule. The bank gets the house back and there is no further recourse. If it were a judicial foreclosure, it might be a different story. These bottomfeeders should be sued into oblivion.
