With U.S. home values off 35% from peak to tough, about 25% of those homeowners who have mortgages are now underwater — their mortgages are greater than the value of their homes.

Zillow’s interactive map revelas what percentage of homes in your county or ZIP code are in negative equity, based on Q1 2012 data.

    Finally, I think our Washington State Supreme Court has seen the light. And even our Ag joined forces after ignoring all my contacts with their Consummer protection office for the past four years, It must be election time or something like that. but I am thankful I don’t live in Mexico or Cuba>

    49% in my county in WA. state thats half the homes that are here,absolutley unreal.Then they wonder why people can’t recover and neither can the economy.Really?Seriously?Preety much a no brainer as far as I’m concerned.
