An Open Letter to the State of Rhode Island Superior Court June 9 2012 Regarding Foreclosure Fraud
Courts increasingly are not interpreting law but re-defining law according to their own bias. I see this in cases not involving housing plus the Supreme Court has taken to ‘making law’ from the bench.
We are out of sync in this country because greed is the end result. Truth, integrity and doing the right thing is almost laughable. Reading the letter above clearly lets one know judges are ruling as usual. If you owe the debt and you defaulted, it matters not one whit who forecloses on you, whether they have legal standing to do so or you even owe them a thin dime. As perpetrators of fraud and deceit they forfeit nothing.

Every person who works in law enforcement should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for this letter even having to be written.
