The report said Mulligan abruptly turned around and took a combative stance by arching his back, holding up both arms above his head and contorting his hands in a claw-like manner — all while baring his teeth and snarling.
An officer described what followed: “After evading the blows, the suspect lunged toward me with both arms outstretched and attempted to tackle me.. At this time, I sidestepped the suspect and pushed him with both hands on his back toward the ground. A use of force then occurred.”

Of course he said that excessive use was unwarranted…Pleasssseeee. There’s no way I believe this individual who works for a highly less than pristine bank whose job is to do nothing but steal, cheat and lie. I don’t believe his story, not one bit. This case would be a waste of taxpayers money in the state of California. But you see what happens when you are shepherds for the devil…..KARMA – What goes around come around.
As the little mouse would say…HA, HA, HA.
Warrents “The Laughing Mouse”. I saw someone on those bath salts on a reality show, and it ain’t pretty, in fact it’s downright scary. Karma is good.
