Oregon Attorney General Simon Whang RE BofA and The National Foreclosure Settlement “It looks like they’re in violation of this term of the agreement”

After reviewing Brown’s case, Whang, with the Oregon Attorney General’s office, said it appears Bank of America violated terms of that settlement by sending erroneous information to a credit bureau.

    The state AG’s cosigned all of the illegal activity these banks have brought onto the American homeowner via the national mortgage settlement ! Now the banks know they can operate with immunity (stealing homes) It’s just about the profit margin as of yet looks to be no risk of prison for fraud. I wish some state AG would prosecute one of these cases,wonder why they don’t.
