Bergen Sheriff suspends all foreclosure sales after Sandy

BERGEN COUNTY— With many residents still scrambling for shelter after Hurricane Sandy, Bergen County Sheriff Michael Saudino has temporarily suspended all foreclosure sales.

“Superstorm Sandy has been a nightmare for the people of New Jersey and for the residents of Bergen County,” Saudino said in a statement.

“We are still living in the wake of this terrible storm and my sincere thoughts and prayers go out to all people affected by Sandy.”

    They should let the Sandy victims stay in the foreclosed homes as they sit empty!!!
