I thought these mistakes rarely happen until I had property appraisers in my driveway taking pictures of my house. When I asked what the heck they are doing they realized they had the wrong house. Glad I was at home that day.

Under Title 26 of the U.S. CODE, there must be 3 parts that must be present for a contract to be valid. For a contract to exist there must be probable evidence of an agreement; and there must be an Obligation of some task that has to have been Performed or an act that has been done and there must be Consideration, an exchange of substance, (HJR 192, July 5, 1933), to wit, dollars for labor or time of your life in exchange for goods. In the U.S. Silver, or Gold for labor, substance for substance; not substance for credit. Without these 3 parts, there can be no valid lawful contract.
