@ Sheryl – maybe the courts will see through this veil and in the ruling madate it that it be set up in a fund distributed to the restitution to the homeowners? Ya know, much like the great (haha) Mortgage Settlement with all the state AG’s!
Notice that it says “to pay Southern Essex Registry”…now, explain to me how that is restitution for the homeowners…it’s not. It is another example of the government making money off the backs of victimized homeowners. It should be worded “to pay restitution to victimized homeowners of Southern Essex Registry”…but then the money would actually go to the people who have been hurt.
