I am looking forward to the day that the format becomes known to the public to analyize it and come to some meaningful decision as to degree of harm the banks have instrumented upon the homeowners. Disbursing the funds format is of particular interest to me and degree of harm created in the total value to each homeowner and than regulating the entity of disbursing the funds correctly will be in the forefront.
