The foreclosure rates have skyrocketed in the last 6 years and fraud, primarily in government regulations and programs, have been to blame. At BCN Foreclosure Law Firm we have seen so many devastated by the loss of property and assets that it at times is overwhelming. We need grounded regulation and Law that will give people boundaries so that the temptation to over extend credit is removed.
