The Biggest, Most Corrupt Bank Scheme That’s Not Being Stopped

“Conspiracy theorists of the world, believers in the hidden hands of the Rothschilds and the Masons and the Illuminati, we skeptics owe you an apology. You were right. The players may be a little different, but your basic premise is correct: The world is a rigged game. We found this out in recent months, when a series of related corruption stories spilled out of the financial sector, suggesting the world’s largest banks may be fixing the prices of, well, just about everything.”*

The Libor bank scandal has nothing on the newest interest rate swap manipulation scheme where bankers are going completely unchecked. This is a $379 trillion market– why are bankers allowed to manipulate it without restraint? Cenk Uygur breaks it down.

    • Rebecca I agree I always tell people I was given a life sentence but forced to live with the repercussion of the illegal foreclosure on a home we never missed a payment for 23 years and the unethical Judgment made by a corrupt Judge vs. spending time in jail. I feel like a prisoner because we have lost everything and all our rights because the corrupt legal system doesn’t care. They are more concerned with protecting their retirement that is tied up in the mortgage industry. The worst part for us is we had actually paid off our home in 2003 and were victims of DEFALCATION by an employee of the servicer of Freddie Mac. We presented proof of over 100,000 in payments that weren’t credited and moved to unapplied funds but that balance didn’t go up because he was embezzling the money. We presented all the proof to HARMON LAW OFFICE the servicers attorney and his jaw almost hit the ground and he gave us an extension on the illegal foreclosure and swore he was gonna do an internal investigation. We got a loan from a Predatory Lender and their was from from the ORIGINATION which was never fully executed. Its a long story but I feel for you it is so frustrating for me to have a loan that was paid off more than 3x . We lost our home illegally in 2008 with the bank ignoring all MA foreclosure laws and had a Judge that ignored all the facts of law. There was no NOD, (because we were not in default) we paid 150,000 in 41/2 years on an INVALID LOAN, no notice of sale, nor was it published in the newspaper. We were making payments and found out 44 days later when we got the 72 hour Notice to Quit. We paid $35,000 in legal fees to vacate the illegal foreclosure and we had a DEFENSE & Right of Recoupment according to UCC 3- 305 as well as violations of FRAUD, CONSPIRACY, RESPA, TILA, FDCRP, the list goes on & on. Who the hell do you know that has and extra $35,000 hanging around. That should have been the 1st clue to the Judge. If we weren’t able to pay our mortgage we wouldn’t have had $35,000 in the bank. We lost our home of 25 years, our retirement and life savings. It is so UNFAIR and I will not give up until Justice is done.
