Blasted by surveys that showed attorneys consistently gave her low marks for her courtroom demeanor, Palm Beach County Circuit Judge Diana Lewis on Tuesday became the fourth county circuit judge in 30 years to be booted off the bench, losing to first-time candidate Jessica Ticktin.
“It’s surreal,” said Ticktin, who relentlessly criticized Lewis for her abrasive personality and her appellate record. “I never wanted to run a negative campaign but I felt it was important to bring out the truth.”

this is the best thing ever happed by removing Judge Lewis but there is other in the 15 circuit that are pro Banks regardless how strong your case is or might be . isn’t sad in this day and age to see the corruption in this court .Judges that we voted for to be fair and balanced they are nothing but
You must crawl before walking and walk before running. This is a start, agreed lots more still needs to happen. When I started fighting seven years ago, things like this would have been unthinkable and impossible, it goes to show we CAN make a difference when we fight, and fight together!!
