For Bank Of America, Crime Is Now An Ordinary Course Of Business

In short: between Q4 2011 and Q3 2014 Bank of America produced “Net Income” of $15.9 billion. However, the amount of added back “one-time, non-recurring” legal expenses is a stunning $28.9 billion: two of every three dollars, non-GAAP as they may be, comes from Bank of America engaging in criminal activity… and that’s just the stuff it got caught for.

So perhaps an even more relevant question than how long will the EPS “addback” bullshit continue, is how long will the regulators and enforcers allow Bank of America to exist as an organization for which two-thirds of its “ordinary course business” is, for lack of a better word, crime?

I applied for a HAMP modification after I lost my job in 2011,they have pulled every dirty rotten trick in the book to Foreclose on my home.went back to work,2 mos behind at that time, they would not accept my payments,Submitted and ReSubmitted everything for the modification, asked them to put them on back of note,Please help me save my home,Please let me continue to make the payments again, submitted everything 8-10 times. They Lost my special waranty Deed needed to keep the co Barrowers name off the Fha Hamp Modification, even though I have a Protective Order, police report, divorce decree, chapter 7 Discharge and a severely autistic son who can not safely live in a apartment, I have a Court Order to have home with fence, they finally sent me a Trial Hamp modification ,they sent it late so the 1st payment was already late and they had the CoBarrowers name on every page. They put my life in Great Danger by putting the CoBarrowers name on the Modification. I would sue them if I could afford a good Attorney.
