Sue their ass and demand a jury trial. A jury of YOUR peers is far more understanding and the bad folks do not want what they have done explained in detail in court so anyone can understand, get the transcript, and do the same.
Best for the foreclosure bunch to keep what is going on quiet and keep the populace ignorant.
This not only requires you to be in the right, it also requires you to have the ba—s to do something about it and that is where they have the big advantage because all most homeowners getting foreclosed on unjustly will do is complain and actually do nothing!
