PEPPER PIKE, Ohio — Welfare check, psychiatric situation; Ginger Wren Road: Cuyahoga County Adult Protective Services, along with a mobile crisis unit, were on the scene with elderly residents on the morning of June 20, where the husband was threatening to set fire to himself, his wife and their home regarding a foreclosure action.
He was probated to the Hillcrest Hospital Emergency Room via the Pepper Pike Fire Department rescue squad.

Instead of going to the extreme like this Man , there is a way to handle this Legally . As sad as it is that the Banks have violently attacked the sanctity of our homes by criminal means , you by operation of Law can Cancel / Rescind , the bogus Mortgage contract with the entities that never funded the Loan . The Mortgage is just an illusion of ownership , and you promised to pay an entity that did not fund the loan . That is FRAUD IN THE INDUCEMENT , and because they took your personal property ( Note ) without your knowledge and permission and converted it for personal gain , and in a separate contract , that’s FRAUD IN THE FACTUM , and gives you the right by operation of Law to Rescind the fake Mortgage contract All of this is called , THE INTENTIONAL TORT OF CONVERSION and is illegal as hell !!! Conversion is just a nicer word for THEFT !!!
