    Can you imagine how many Home Titles that have been compromised through this illegal Mortgage scheme??? Here’s my story…… I had a buyer for our home as a last resort . I was in Federal Court trying to clear the Title which would allow me to sell with a clear conscience . The Assignment of Mortgage filed in the Land Records was found out to be filed by a successor company over three years after the company was put out of business for ” Lending ” practices that were deemed hazardous and injurious to the public . The Federal Court Judge agreed that this entity possessed no right to transfer what it never owned ??? But this is the assignment that is sitting in the Land records and being used as evidence to foreclose on our home . It was also signed by an employee of a totally different company , who was servicing the ” loan ” at that time , and if that wasn’t enough the original note was never presented as court evidence !?!? what was presented was an ALLONGE to the Note , not dated or notarized , and signed by an employee of none other than Bank Of America , which never appeared anywhere on the landscape of paperwork or entities in my case !?!?!? This is because the MORTGAGE itself , ” IS THE FRAUD ” and all the paperwork that follows after the original LIE are lies to cover for the Lie !!!!! I know now , that I was NEVER in a Mortgage , and the ” Lender ” Wasn’t the one I signed Mortgage documents with !!! It is estimated that there are sixty million mortgage titles involved in this illegal Scheme . This was aided and abetted by the US Government , and the States Justice Departments know full well what is going on and are standing down !?!?

    Maybe FC could be being used to wrongfully condemn others for unknown reasons because the investors in their own fraud don’t like no one to have religious beliefs of their own.

    That would explain the insurrection upon our CONSTITUTIONAL LEGAL RIGHTS to defend our TITLES which is our birth right because we were born in the U.S.

    WALL STREET thinks subleasing FOREIGN EXCHANGE RATE trade with ZERO COUPON BONDS is INDENTURED SERVITUDE but it’s STOCK & BOND FRAUD.

    I haven’t seen one TITLE without cloud on it.

    I went online to the CCRD website one day & they had TONY REZKO’S TITLE hanging in efigy up on the screen with no lien on it.

    That was the prime example of one vast criminal conspiracy by TITLE FRAUD by those in office right now because nothing changes the fact OBAMAS HYDE PARK residence he purchased involved business dealings with TONY REZCO.
