Animals Found Trapped in Abandoned Foreclosed House
WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – Police were on Queen Avenue in West Springfield, Wednesday night, to rescue animals that were reportedly trapped inside a foreclosed house.
The owner of 19 Queen Avenue in West Springfield had few words to say after cats were confirmed to be trapped inside her deplorable home that was foreclosed on in December 2015.
One neighbor, who didn’t want to be on-camera, said the owner left a month ago with her pets still inside the house. “I’ve been banging on the door everyday trying to get a hold of her. It’s (pets) starving, starving to death, you can tell.”
