					<description><![CDATA[I too uncovered a a house flipping scam, the house I bought!!! The First vAmerican Mortgage Corp is involved up to their eyeballs. They took out three loans on origination on our VA loan and now we are left to fight Bof A for our house which they got $600,000.00 plus our lousy 37,000. down. I wonder how many times this was done? CFPB says they can&#039;t find &quot;The First Mortgage Corporation! I can, why can&#039;t they? What a bunch of thieving  basturds including the creep who sold us our house. Looks like they will get away with it!!!!!]]></description>

And, If Ron Paul is elected they will stay home unless Congress orders them out again but the president will not by him self or herself will not order the troops to another war without congress approving  first. Again We need to be thankful our nation is free to permit the federal reserve to plunder our treasury, GO Bernanke!]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I am trying to find out who actually enforces the terms of a mortgage when &quot;MERS&quot; is listed as the nominee for the lender? I have uncovered a large real estate scam operation (what a surprise, I know)in CA. It involves someone who bilked me out of a large sum of money. In tracking down this persons assets, I discovered he has been using strawbuyers for all of his properties for years. The lender apparently doesn&#039;t know (or doesn&#039;t care) that the original borrower is not the person on title (which should have triggered the acceleration clause in the loan).Do I contact MERS for this? Does anyone know?
