The law follows more closely the UCC by allowing legal act of presentment of a true copy of the original promissory note (security). Not so curiously enough case law has established that since you can&#039;t collect filing and legal fees as a result of failure to comply on the lenders&#039; part, it costs more to implement that you can collect in rewards.]]></description>
