Intresting article.

Here we have a gov't sponsored "liqudation" of publicly financed debt being swarmed by "pretender lenders" (aka bailout recipients) who can barely prove (evidence) that they own these debts in court.

How nice.

One can argue that every mortgage is an NPL (non performing loan) since its only worth what someone is CURRENTLY willing to pay & most are over-valued from the "boom/bust". Speculative real estate values are gone forever. They only exist in the mind of crooked realtors the master 'illusion' component speculative purchasing.

This sickening display of how to "auction off" homes that should've been given to the distressed family who's probably been wrongfully evicted is a sad showing of "change".

There were $787 billion reasons not to do this. ($23.7 Trillion reasons at last count). Sadly nobody seems to remember what those $787 billiion reasons were for and who they should've protected.
