I can’t see how ANYONE can make this victim of corporate crime out to be the one at fault.
I am completely offended by the fact that the dirtbag realtor and scumbag lawyer can justify $5,000 as an adequate settlement. If there is just one irreplaceable photo of her children or her wedding day lost there is no price this company can pay her that is adequate.
In looking around my own house, $5,000 wouldn’t replace the contents of my dining room, not to mention the violation that occurred when this company and their flunkies stole everything this woman had in the world.
I really think if I were the Brenkus Team, I would be more than happy to try to settle with her for an amount substantially more than $5,000 and then pray to God that the rest of the world would forget how stupid and then how greedy I had been.
It needs to be remembered, not only did they rob her, just days before they had locked her out of her house because their flunkies didn’t get it right that day either.

There was breaking and entering of a private citizen’s home.

There was a ransaking of her home.

There was theft of every single possession inside her home.

And, now there is a corporate attorney trying to villify the crime victim in order to justify his client’s actions?

Seriously, the amount and/or condition of the woman’s possessions has ZERO bearing on the above.

To portray HER as a coniving scammer is beyond reprehensible!
