A few comments to add/correct what Linda stated. You can file a quiet title in Federal Court, but it is best to do it at the County Circuit Court level because they have true/first jurisdiction unless you are in Washington D.C.

Also, do NOT file a quiet title in the same action. There are steps to take to do it correctly. Otherwise you will not win and you will mess it up for others. Go to: http://www.showmetheloan.net

Do not drag a quiet title case into your existing case. Follow the steps and then file your complaint for a QT… you can drag other cases into your QT, but do not do it the other way around because one is based on assumptions while the QT is not.

You should stay in the local court, prove that you don’t own any party, not party ever loaned you any money, many securitizations parties illegally claim interest you your property causing monumental cloud on your title, then in the same action, file for quiet title based on those allegations, which are very each to prove now. Many Judges are now aware of the mass fraud and are ruling in favor of the homeowners.

If you file in the federal court, there is no jurisdication there for quiet title.

Then when you get your title quiet, no other parties of interst other than yourself having interest in your property, file a lawsuit in the federal court and use all violations of Constitutional law, federal and state statutes and codes, and agency regulations and rules (I ihave a list if you need it, there are many), committed by all parties in the predatory securitization, origination, processing, consummation, and foreclosure of a loan that never existed. Include the ficticious lender, MERS, servicer (third party debt collector), appraiser, attorneys, title company, John Does, Jane Does, Company ABC’s, etc.
