A few comments to add/correct what Linda stated. You can file a quiet title in Federal Court, but it is best to do it at the County Circuit Court level because they have true/first jurisdiction unless you are in Washington D.C.

Include the ficticious lender, MERS, servicer (third party debt collector), appraiser, attorneys, title company, John Does, Jane Does, Company ABC&#039;s, etc.]]></description>
