Luckily they were able to find an attorney willing to stand up against a bank. They are few and far between, even if the homeowner has done all the leg work and has substantial proof.

The kicker is the Judge awarded the defendant 2.5 X the attorney fees which was appealed by the bank (and they lost the appeal).
