Nothing, Nothing BOA does surprises me. Call them, loss mitigation is a a skit from SNL. I am calling about my Mtg, we do not have a mortgage with you. the house was in FC-BOA could not find the loan by ss number or loan number. We can take your order, do you want that supersized????As you know BOA is never wrong. Even when they foreclose on the wrong house. they mention those two listed above come on there is more. Shawnee Oklahoma, BOA goes to the wrong house, they did fc on the right one, they just demolished the wrong one. The barn held the winter wheat for the homeowners livestock. destroyed. The legals were nothing alike, nor the addresses, opposite sides of the street, one was a mobile home and one stick house with barn. It was an honest mistake- it was a supid mistake by a stupid company. The sad thing is that BOA has no compassion, heart or smarts. If I was a foreclosure attorney I would refuse to work for them. BOA was created from the sperm of Satan. How did i ever think of that? It really fits BOA.

Isn’t this the same as unlawful breaking, entering, and grand theft?

Isn’t this criminal?

Someone please; enlighten me.

If these banks can play the corporation as a “person” card to their benefit, shouldn’t they also be equally liable as a “person” for their criminal actions?
