MERS needs to be outlawed. The developers need to be investigated and follow their money
trail. The whole intent of MERS is a tool to steal absolutely every piece of private property in
the United States. Centralizing these cases is a bad idea and opens up new avenues of fraud.
The local county court houses need to retain control of the histories of their properties in each
county, otherwise next we'll be finding out all property taxes are also centralized under one entity.
Centralization is a key word in full grown and active COMMUNISM.

You left out another bad why didn't you look into all the fraudulent assignments Mers does at the ROD office just to be able to file the foreclosures. Most of the time the assignments are after the lis-pendens and complaint signed by people as VP's and no witness signatures or printed names.Who by the way have no connection to Mers and no knowledge of the loan. Mers causes a cloud upon title. Let's say for instance lender sold the loan to a non-mers member according to the rules of life on MERS the loan is removed from the Mers system and the MIN # is deactivated.Years later there is an assignment from Mers as nominee for the original lender( that is defunct)to some unknown Bank that claims Mers signed over it's rights title and interest in the note and mortgage. Well first it's not a Mers loan and holds no interest in the note, second the VP works for some fidility foreclosure specialist and has no connection to Mers, third the company mers is acting on behalf for has been dead for 4 years and the bank does not have a note,Mers does not have a note.I say fraud I say Mers needs to go do you realize how much revenue every county is losing with out these fees and just think what could be done with all that revenue.
