Hey Folks
Think about this: if the judges would follow the rules of court and present law, instead of their banker sugar daddies, the first screwed up foreclosure would never have happened. The problem in my estimation is the corruption in our judicial system.
I think it’s time to get rid of the “Bar” Association, and ban judges from joining any organization save maybe a church.

Societal harm – give me a break; if people are able to remain in their homes; their shelters there will be less problems in society – it’s when people are homeless, desparate and scratching survival surfaces that there is societal problems – people will be more peaceful and content if they have a roof over their heads; the threats of being on the streets or living in their cars will be reduced – societal harm will be reduced because people will be in their humble abodes – their shelters -and there will no need to cause problems about shelter in the streets of society!

Please someone tell me I just did not read that the author states that the courts are causing great societal harm by protecting homeowners from invalid foreclosures?
