My story includes the FDIC, SAG of Florida , F BI , IRS , Interpool and FDLE The FRAUD that destroyed my life caused a Bank to FAIL as per the Senior Inspector of the FDIC stated FPB is STILL the second worst Bank to fail EVEN today. NONE of the Board Members have NOT gone to jail yet nor even indicted. Everyone is scratching each others back. They walked away with millions. I have been threatened and nobody cares. There is NO Justice in Florida. The other Fraudsters one in North Carolina got 20 years for another crime and one in Arizona got 25. NOTHING happens in Florida. So come one, come all white collar criminals you will get away with any scam you want to do. The cops and Prosecutors are too busy chasing the li'l boy who took a candy bar, not the ones in suits and ties.

Shapario and Fishmen filed a foreclosure action against me and they didn't have the note. I signed a mortgage with Discover Loan and the Plaintiff was Wells Fargo. They could never produce the trust agreement or anyother documents. I paid the $1000 that I owed and now the bank is now putting almost $4000 on my statement for foreclosure fees. I filed a complaint with the Florida Bar. I think others should consider doing this too.

Royal Bank of Canada (RBC Bank) : Corporate Bully

$100,000 - MISTAKE (FISHERMEN'S LOAN)

I'm a commercial fisherman fighting the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC Bank) over a $100,000 loan mistake. I lost my home, fishing vessel and equipment. Help me fight this corporate bully by closing your RBC Bank account.

There was no monthly interest payment date or amount of interest payable per month on my loan agreement. Date of first installment payment (Principal + interest) is approximately 1 year from the signing of my contract.
Demand loan agreements signed by other fishermen around the same time disclosed monthly interest payment dates and interest amounts payable per month. The lending policy for fishermen did change at RBC from one payment (principal + interest) per year for fishing loans to principal paid yearly with interest paid monthly. This lending practice was in place when I approached RBC.
Only problem is the loans officer was a replacement who wasn't familiar with these type of loans. She never informed me verbally or in writing about this new criteria.

Mr. Kessler, your name has come up a few times when doing some local research for our own case. I'm assuming you've seen the article in the H Tribune and know about the appellate court ruling that overturned a home foreclosure here in SRQ...do you not think that our Circuit Court judges won't be so quick to grant summary judgements...?? This has become much more than a personal issue for me. Thanks Lynn for organizing so much of the information available.
