Wells Fargo just did the same thing to us earlier this month. They sent a company to change the locks & over $2,000 worth of tools were taken. We would like to sue them to recover our damages. Our situation is nearly identical to the Tyson’s. Do you know how I can get ahold of Steven Tyson? I would like to learn from his experiences. We plan to find an attorney rather than proceed pro se.

What great justice. Wells Fargo is appealing. The judge demanded that an attorney for Wells show up in his court that lived in California. The attorney was balking because it was a long way. The judge made it very clear, if he didn’t personally appear that he would have him arrested and hauled in. Nice… I think there are judges that are getting sick of the Wall Street antics.
