Excellent articles on your site. My house is in Kissimmee 100% under water. I am afraid to deal with Bank of America after they killed that poor old guy in Phoenix. Is there any news on Wis? When I wrote the Plaintiff’s lawyer about the improper assignments, they countered with an assignment of judgement and rights motion by summary judgement nunc pro tunc. Do you think I can defeat this by a motion to dismiss the foreclosure judgement?

Will she be the foreclosure judge on cases where the Plaintiff’s counsel is Florida Default Law Group and the case depends on evidence where she was the notary on witness affidavits?

Pity the poor person who is faced with an unfounded foreclosure in her courtroom. Can’t imagine how “unbiased” she will be in adjudicating cases presented by Florida Default Law Group!
