This is why the plaintiff and attorney will not produce the mortgage note. I even got a motion to compel and they still refuse to produce over 14 months later. I recently filed contempt of court and asked for sanctions until it is produced. They do not want forensics on it to prove the original assignment in blank by the lender is fake. If It is fake there is no endorsement in blanks and this means the only person with an interest in the note and mortgage is the original lender. And since the original lender has already been paid, they sent me a notarized letter they have no interest in the note or mortgage. So all I have to do now is get my hands on that blasted note. We all need to carelfully examine all endorsments on notes very carefully, and this includes allonges that suddenly appear from MERS.
