Watson himself!

How does this happen? Simple. When you get your summons, there is also what I would term a “care package”. It has fliers that tell you the other options to foreclosure. Deed in lieu, loan modification, etc. Well, the good folks at Marshall Watson will negotiate a loan modification on your behalf……to help you out…………………for a fee of course!
