My wife is having a difficult time with her pregnancy and I need more to be by her side. I have been fighting MARS for close to 2 years now in Orlando. There has been no movement other than amendments by plaintiff and my counters to dismiss. After reading this it is my guess that the assigned Judge is waiting this out come.
